Can't say enough good things about the job the breeder did in all areas, but especially socialization. He showed no signs of distress or upset despite leaving his four siblings (plus mom and dad) and having to endure a seven-hour car ride. He playfully explored his new "forever home" and yard when we finally arrived for four hours -- until two a.m. -- yet woke me with a wagging tail just a few hours later to let me know he had to go potty. A great first week!

Only issue I had really was not being able to get in contact with the actual breeder until the day before my pickup date, which is unfortunately when I found out they were located an extra hour out from where I was told by Pawrade, which the breeder and I agreed was unnecessary. Disappointed!! Matty had significant skin infection requiring shaving his back for treatment from fleas and ticks. Mites in his ears required deep cleaning and medication. The needed veterinary care cost me an additional $419!!! Told to submit invoice, did so, but no response from you!! Extremely disappointed 😞 Ed Sears. How, if necessary, can I dispose of this very sadly neglected animal?? Please call or somehow advise me. Ed Sears 307 413 8775.

Thank you, Pawrade! All communication and helpfulness was excellent. I felt respected and well-informed. I took away a star because Pawrade should have more information that comes from the breeder; lifestyle, crating, socialization, sleeping, etc., especially for older pups. I received the dog at 18+ weeks and he's very uneducated. I feel like we started at less than square one. The good news is he's smart and has learned the give, sit, and come commands, potty training is progressing, and he can walk on a lead well when not startled or distracted. All within 10 days. He quickly recovered from transport and he's very healthy. And he's always happy to see his new Mama. We are in love. Pups this old should know more than this, though, and Pawrade can vet a pup's education after 10-12 weeks. The breeder should start some training at 10 weeks or so, even just crating would have been an easier start for Mylo and me. But we are good now. Thank you!

The whole experiance was wonderful from beginning to end. Buying a puppy across the country was a little scary for me but Pawrade made it so easy. My puppy was delivered right to my door. It was stress free. As far as the individual breeders go, (Tiffani and Jerald Swarnes) I can tell they work with the puppies and they come from caring homes. After the first day I could see that they strive to make sure their pups are the highest quality both in their lineage but also in the nurturing they give their pups. These things are extremely important if your dog will be interacting with kids.Thank you to the Swarnes for taking the time to give her a great start in life. If I were to ever get another puppy, I would ask for a pup from the very same breeders. She's smart, loveable and sweet. She learns quickly and she bonded to us quickly. She's goofy and funny too. I'm going to start a training program with her and I have no doubt she will excel at it.

Communication was very poor, you didn't do half of what you said you would. Very disappointed . I was told my puppy was being fed Royal Canin for Goldern Retriever Puppies. So I bought a 30# bag for $120, was told some food would be sent home with her. She wouldn't eat it even with hand feeding, she was having bloody diarrhea, took her to the Vet, stool checked no worms. Stress? No it was the food which didn't look anything like Royal Canin for Gld Rtr puppies. Imagine that! Once on the Royal Canin and another trip to the Vet, she is eating with gusto and had her first non-bloody, formed stool. The run around I got when trying to find out where I was to go to pick her up, pure BS when you are told you give that information 3 days before pick up date. Try less then 15 hours. Don't like not getting to see the puppies parents, or meet the breeder. Now seeing the lack of communication makes me wonder if you truly are hiding something and that I really bought herfrom a puppy mill

Buyer Beware!!! On January 4 purchased Golden retriever puppy with breeding rights! The owner needed to wait till the 10th to vet check! Then shippers were going to drive her across from Indiana to Calif. during a massive storm! Asked to have her flown here!!! The breeder didn't have paperwork ready for flight had to wait till the 20th ! That flight delayed and she missed connecting flight! Had to stay overnight in Chicago! When we received her had her vet checked she has a retracted Vulva will most likely need surgery can not be breed! The vet check from the breeder stated same problem! Owner sold her knowing this! I asked for a refund on breeding rights and compensation for surgery they are only willing to pay 1/2 surgery bill once preformed! Worst purchase ever!!! Find someone else to buy from !! Their payment center strung me on 2weeks promising compensation what a joke!

The puppy we drove 450 miles for, Griffin, has been abused by the breeder. The vet saw it immediately. He had urine on him, feet, stomach, ears etc. He had been lying in his own urine! The breeder told me when Carlos arranged a call about him that Griffin was shy but in great shape. Shy is one thing, but Griffin has been living in FEAR! It now dawns on us that the breeder carried Griffin to us, some 50 yards. We thought that unusual, but we did not think further about it. However, Griffin 3 days later, still runs from us, will not move when we place a leash on him and try to walk. He only fights to run away. We are having to carry him outside for potty and it is only when we let him use our porch will he potty. The vet saw many other signs of abuse. It is obvious Pawrade does NOT represent a dogs best interest otherwise you would never have a breeder like Javon in Ft. Wayne. It is extremely, extremely disappointing are in touch with enforcement agencies in Ft Wayne.

This was way harder than it needed to be. Our breeder did not adequately prepare our puppy for life outside of whatever the environment he grew up in. He was obviously raised to go to the bathroom…where ever. A leash was foreign to him. Getting over these two hurdles has been tough but thankfully he appears to be a smart puppy. I would not recommend this breeder and wish Pawrade had done a better job in vetting them. As for Pawrade… the communication left a lot to be desired. I could see that they didn't know everything about the breeder. We had hoped for a FaceTime or zoom meeting but Pawrade didn't know he didn't offer either. Communication from the breeder to Pawrade to us was not great. We felt frustrated and in the dark most of the time. Trying to get info was difficult as the breeder was not forthcoming. We talked on the phone with our breeder in one short phone call. Overall this was a frustrating experience and should have been a heartwarming one.Transport team great!

We love our new puppy August (Augie)! We are in the midst of puppy potty training....he is trying his best...not there yet but he is a good learner. He sure knows the word NO! All of the people we dealt with at Pawrade have been wonderful. Your customer service is excellent! Other customer service centers, like banks and stores, should take lessons from you on how to treat customers!! Thank you again. We will send a picture as soon as we can get someone to take it for us. We are not good at selfies :)
