The communication with the Pawrade team is subpar. You ask a question and the time it takes to respond is unacceptable, but if they ask you a question there is a time period to answer back. Please be aware that since we have received our puppy, she has been sick. we are going on week 4 of in and out of the vet office. First start with parasites in her stools. now we are dealing with a Respiratory issue.

Our puppy is FANTASTIC! We couldn't be happier with him! We are so grateful that Pawrade helped us find him and give him a happy and loving home. He arrived healthy and clean and eager to play. Our only complaint is that it was difficult to speak with his breeder to ask very normal questions about health history, demeanor, litter, etc. Otherwise, we are so pleased with the experience and appreciate all of the information, security and peace of mind working with Pawrade provided.

My puppy is absolutely perfect! The adoption process went smoothly. I really appreciated that the breeders were evaluated by Pawrade to be professionals and not puppy mills or backyard breeders. I used the transport option and while my puppy arrived sooner than expected, it was still a very vague window of time (several days) for when she would arrive, making plans difficult, but the transporters did contact me with frequent updates. My only complaint is all the junk mail and the requirement to accept cookies to use these sites!

Multiple transitions of agents, lack of direct response and concierge support considering charged with this service. Bounced within 3 agents 24 hours follow up or more after repeated messages and calls. Pushy tactics to sign release of Linley for precondition. This experience reinforced to me Pawrade is masking as a puppy mill pusher.
