Our overall experience with Pawrade was very positive. The reps were responsive to all our questions and even sent updated videos of our fur baby prior to transport to put our minds at ease after reading all the negative reviews. They were easy to do business with and we felt like they had the puppy’s best interest in mind. The transport company was great as well and the puppy arrived happy and healthy after his long journey across the country. Would recommend this company. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that they make you pay through Petpay and Petpay tacks on additional fees that were not disclosed to us when we started the purchase process.

Could not be happier with this little girl. We named her Cholula. She is saucy. Very healthy puppy came to her forever home at 12 weeks knowing how to fetch a little ball, crate comfortable and almost housebroken knowing all about a dog door. I could see she came from a good breeder due to these skills and her health and structure is great per her vet visit. Already in love!

Over all, and great experience. At times it got a little confusing because I almost felt like I talked to so many different people. And I've always purchased a dog through the breeder so it was a little stressful not being able to talk to him. Also had a really bad experience with the 6 month pay plan through PetPay, I was sent to a scam website and ended up having to close my debit card and had to get a whole new card which has created extra expense and lots of headaches because of my auto pay accounts. That will take weeks to straighten out. All in all, I'm happy with my pup. I'm just glad to put this all behind me and move forward! Thanks for eveything.

I am very pleased with the way the process flowed. The only negative is the level of electronic communication required to fulfill the transaction requirements. I'm sure some people will struggle with this format.

The transaction was smooth. We set a date for pickup, and it was down to the last minute. We were waiting for the information from the breeder on whether to keep the travel plans I had made. It all worked out in the end. We are thrilled with our new Frenchton! The breeder had all the documents in order, and our vet was happy to see that they were correct and up to date.

Appreciate health guarantee and insurance but a lot of paperwork. Also no direct contact with breeder which I wish I had asked a few more questions. That being said, we travelled to Michigan to pick her up and were able to speak to breeder then. We are in love with this Pup and know she is healthy and fun
