I have to admit I was a tad nervous to purchase from an online site such as this. However, from the very beginning I was called and greeted with a warm young woman who was able to answer all of my questions and guide the process in the adoption of our sweet pup. They are extremely thorough in the process to ensure the safe arrival and to prepare me for arrival. The only thing I didn't realize is that the delivery service delivers 24/7 so be prepared that if you utilize the pet nanny you may receive your pup at 3:30 in the morning like I did. Top notch communication through the whole process and our newest member is healthy, playful, and proving to be just what our family needed. Thank you for everything.

The customer service prior to picking up Gwen was wonderful. However, the statement about no puppy mills is a total line of crap! We picked up our dog from a completely filthy puppy mill! Although your staff tried to whitewash it away. I know a puppy mill and that was a puppy mill! I didn’t even bother sending my veterinarian information back to your company because I honestly didn’t feel as if it would matter that the dog was 13 pounds less than her advertised a month before we got her. So in essence she was advertised at 62 pounds and in the 3-4 weeks that I looked at her and that it took for us to get her she lost 13 pounds! No way. Just feel like we were scammed!

Covered up an injury the puppy had. It appears this puppy was NOT well taken care of and the breeder/seller was deceptive. I will be keeping the dog because I absolutely do not want it going back to these people. Save your money and find a more ethical location to adopt/ purchase a dog.

The support team is professional and supportive throughout the process. Appreciate their details in order to ensure a smooth transition and transition. I would have rated five stars. However, I do feel some of the information in the puppy description was misleading. My biggest issue was the puppy being listed as socialize. Additionally, I did speak with the breeder was communicated that he was friendly and social. After receiving my puppy, he was the opposite. Upon receiving him, he was assessed by a local vet and experienced pet trainer. Both concluded he was not socialized due to his demeanor and response to people and other dogs. I would still recommend using pawrade.

I am going to leave an honest review. Pawrade was worth it because of the amazing German Shepherd I adopted through them. She was in great health and I could tell had already had some light training with sit (breeder I’m sure). The breeder seemed to be a good one. The only downfall with Pawrade is communication. I had several different “puppy concierges” and when I asked questions I never got a response. It would specific questions like where is she at on her shots, what are her feeding times. Etc. To shorten this review up just know it will be little communication. They will reach out to you when you are at the next step in adoption process but other than that you won’t get responses. still worth it as I do believe my girl came from an ethical breeder. She is not reactive or scared or skinny. just don’t let yourself get stressed out, cause I sure did lol. She came with akc papers to fill out and all vet and shot records that were promised. I took her to our vet as well.
