The support team is professional and supportive throughout the process. Appreciate their details in order to ensure a smooth transition and transition. I would have rated five stars. However, I do feel some of the information in the puppy description was misleading. My biggest issue was the puppy being listed as socialize. Additionally, I did speak with the breeder was communicated that he was friendly and social. After receiving my puppy, he was the opposite. Upon receiving him, he was assessed by a local vet and experienced pet trainer. Both concluded he was not socialized due to his demeanor and response to people and other dogs. I would still recommend using pawrade.

I am going to leave an honest review. Pawrade was worth it because of the amazing German Shepherd I adopted through them. She was in great health and I could tell had already had some light training with sit (breeder I’m sure). The breeder seemed to be a good one. The only downfall with Pawrade is communication. I had several different “puppy concierges” and when I asked questions I never got a response. It would specific questions like where is she at on her shots, what are her feeding times. Etc. To shorten this review up just know it will be little communication. They will reach out to you when you are at the next step in adoption process but other than that you won’t get responses. still worth it as I do believe my girl came from an ethical breeder. She is not reactive or scared or skinny. just don’t let yourself get stressed out, cause I sure did lol. She came with akc papers to fill out and all vet and shot records that were promised. I took her to our vet as well.

We absolutely love our puppy and our entire experience with Pawrade was seamless from start to finish. We also did the transportation option as well and they updated us each day she was traveling. When we decide to add another puppy to our pack we will absolutely use Pawrade again.
Being in the dark with no one really telling me anything , especially after paying in advance sort of sucked The end result we couldn't be much happier just love our little guy

I truly recommend pawrade to anyone. There was no worry about the process. I was told the cost upfront and didn't worry after that. The people walked me through the entire process. The breeder was the best of people, and I had no concerns about the puppies being mistreated by him. I have adopted two brothers and am most satisfied.

I purchased a puppy through Pawrade a couple of weeks ago. As instructed, I took him to the vet for his initial wellness check shortly after his arrival. During the exam, the veterinarian expressed concern over the puppy’s history of parasites, noting it was more extensive than what is typically observed. It’s troubling that the puppy showed signs of parasitic infection both before and after delivery, yet was still approved for transport. This raises questions about the integrity of the health clearance process. The situation has created a difficult and stressful environment, especially as I now have to isolate him from my other dogs to prevent further risk. Given the strict expectations Pawrade places on buyers, it is disappointing to see that those same standards were not upheld on your end. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending Pawrade to others.
