Communication wasn't as frequent as I would have liked, when the first puppy had some medical issues. However, they were very accommodating to ensure that the puppy was delivered safely.

We had a good experience. Everything went as planned and was very quick. We were informed of everything as the process went. The only gripe we had was that we provided 3 closest airports to us & ended up having to drive 3-1/2 hrs to a totally different one, our dog was on a flight from about 8:30 am to 9pm & we didn't arrive home that night until about 1am and had to work the next morning! But, we are very happy with our new addition to the family and he received a clean bill of health from our vet!

From start to finish, Pawrade was fantastic! Working in the veterinary world for 12+ years, I was very skeptical about it at first. I spoke with Janell who reassured me about any doubts and explained everything very thoroughly! We received our puppy early this morning, very happy and healthy!
