The process and communication was excellent. The only reason we are giving it a 4 star is the transportation was a bit worrisome.48 hours in a van for puppies is a lot. It also would have been much more convenient if they dropped our two puppies at our home in Glenwood Springs. The roads were completely clear.

4/5 stars. Only things that would have brought it to 5/5 was being able to see pictures of his parents beforehand and learn about his personality beforehand. We’re very happy with our puppy. Customer service was great, he’s very calm, and the driving service was awesome. Ohio to CA

The process was smooth, but it would have been nice to have been able to communicate with the breeder. The communication could have been a little better with the transport company but maybe they were busy with the dogs. I will say that she smelt really bad when she got her and we had to give her a bath right away if I'm being honest.

Lawrence (Sherlock) if beautiful. Pawrade was great for the purchase. Communication could have been better. Too many disconnected areas (ie finance, sales, support). Also, I had wanted to pay for travel with Affirm but could not get assistance with that (no returned messages). Transport was ok but communication there wasn’t great and poor baby hadn’t peed. I would not go this route again for transport. Drivers were nice though.

Your process was easy and simple. The delivery man simply adored her, and after a day of jet lag she was her bouncy self again. One suggestion: could you offer some puppies a little older? She can ‘t go out because she is not fully vaccinated, which makes housebreaking a bit of a challenge. The paperwork was a bit confusing because duplication of material meant I did not know whether I had omitted something.
