Only criticism I would have is to request returning to Wags on Wheels for transport services as they went above and beyond to ensure we knew every step of where our little man was. Just due to having raised 7 other Danes over 50 years, they're easy to train, all have loved hiking & swimming with me. Wanted quality breeders and Pawrade has an exceptional protocol that ensures health and happiness for our new family members. The delivery was 3 days earlier than I had planned, yet my work accommodated time off and more to care for a new babe! "In just 2 days "Della" is already feeling at home, laying at my feet, following me everywhere, and with lite command to stop whining into the night, she slept with a lot of blankets and her crate close to my bed, with a nite lite close by and soothing music. Looking forward to her growing deeper into the great life ahead! Thank-Pawrwade!

Both puppies arrived this morning... Instantly bonded with my older dog, Ganja... The three of them played for hours with my adult dog showing the pups how to access the backyard, where the water bowls are, bringing them toys, even scolding the pups when they get into mischief... Wish I could attach photos of the three playing and exploring their new "forever home"... Much graditude to the breeder, Brandi, the critter transporters and Pawrade...

Thus was a wonderful experience. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Riley's name is now Akiva and he is doing so well. No problems from the trip. He played and explored for 2 hours then took a 3 hour nap! He us a big cuddler!

The puppy is great. I can tell they had good and ethical breeders. Pawrade’s purchasing process and transparency is much to be desired though. I can see why the company gets bad review from customers when the customer service department is not very responsive after you purchase the puppy. Additionally, little notice is given for when puppy will arrive making it a little difficult to arrange for the 72 hour vet check up.

Ajax is a beautiful puppy but the expensive 'nanny service' to have him was incredibly poor. The guy missed his flight to get him from Atlanta to Indiana where Ajax was 'because they changed the gate' and obviously he hadn't given himself enough time. I ended up making two trips last evening to TPA because I was given the first arrival time 'incorrectly'. Finally after 8-10 hours of travel my poor exhausted and stressed pup arrived well after midnite and is basically in shutdown mode right now. It gets worse I called the 24/7 'concierge hotline repeatedly and was dumped into voice mail -- until I chose the sales line not the existing customer line. Some one immediately picked up but said she couldn't help and to call back in the AM. Hih. I would definitely not by another animal from this outfit. I just hope my puppy is ok he goes to the vet this afternoon.

In the beginning there is a lot of communication from Pawrade about the puppy about who to contact for assistance, etc.. and things were good. Then when I made the final payment there was no more communication. As the date came closer I wanted to know if my puppy had passed her medical exam and I called the number I was given on one of the emails and left a voicemail. No one called me back. I left an email and it did not get answered. I felt as though I might have been scammed. Just 3 days prior to my pick up day for the puppy I called again after NOT hearing from Pawrade or having a final confirmation of the pick up date and the person on the phone said she did not know anything yet. I told her I was calling the Better Business Bureau because I have it in writing from your company that I should have this information. Two hours later I had all the information. It would have been a better experience if there were a couple of emails saying where we were in the process.

Everything went great liked the smallesthat you called to make sure things went well. The only thing my great dane is very small I hope he grow he only weights 11.9 pounds he is so happy here I love him im trying to put weight on him. He is the smallest dane I have ever seen. The man that brought him was wonderful im happy . thank you Joan uga

We are delighted with our new puppy! She is healthy and beautiful! Transport was timely and communication was easy. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is that some of my inquiries were not answered timely. There were a number of people who I interacted with during the course of the transaction, and most were wonderful, but some were clearly not very knowledgeable. It would have been better to have one contact person that I could rely on throughout the process. But things proceeded smoothly and I am very happy! THANK YOU!!!

Overall Pawrade was a positive experience. Coordinations with the Breeder was a little problematic due to our having to drive 2300 miles to pick up our puppy.

We are very excited about our new puppy! Pawrade did a great job vetting the breeders and keeping in contact with us about any questions we had. I also like how much they required of us and the vetting of us to make sure we were getting a puppy for all the right reasons. The only reason that I gave 4 stars was just because of the way all the information is given in text format on the app. It was a little overwhelming and a little confusing. Maybe numbering the steps and including a link to an example of the document you are referring to would help. I am pretty tech savvy but just felt like I had to keep scrolling back and looking through every exchange and search to find out what to do next. I think providing an email that has the subject line be specific would have helped just to be able to reference, print and be able to check items off. Other than that, it was a really nice process and I would recommend using it.

The drivers were ahead of time, which was no problem at all. They were absolutely wonderful very Polite helpful asked if I had any questions offered to give me any pointers just went above and beyond and I’m very grateful for that. I believe the man that delivered Gracie’s name was Zach. He was very pleasant very helpful. Just all around. Great experience. I really appreciate him. If you could let him know that he did a great job and I’m very happy with my puppy we’re in love with her she’s doing amazing.
