All the adoption process was great and i fel supported through out. All the agents were supper responding and aswer all my questions. The only thing is that New York does not qualify for the Insurance. But apart from that everything was great! I would highly recomend it.

I feel like communication could have been better and having calls returned definitely could have been better. Buying a puppy comes with a lot to do, I had a few questions while waiting for transport date that my calls were never returned. The transport company they use was absolutely amazing. They were in contact as much as they could and gave an accurate ETA for the puppy.
