Everyone at Pawrade was very helpful and we had great communication with them. The time from choosing our new puppy to receiving him was terrific. We chose him at about seven weeks old, and received him at the airport one day before he turned ten weeks old. We believe the flight Puppy Nanny was a great benefit as it seemed to reduce his stress level upon arrival. He was running and playing on our floor at home within an hour, and did not seem upset about anything at all. Also, we immediately layed out a puppy pad, and he went potty on it without any direction from us. Again, all in all it has been a great experience working with Pawrade.

Pawrade did amazing getting my puppy delivered to me safely! They had very good communication throughout the whole process. I will say that I am a very impatient person. They were patient with me and understanding when I was texting them every day with questions. Tony (puppy concierge) was amazing, he answered any questions/concerns I had, he was extremely kind and made the start of this process super easy. Tony walked me through everything I needed to do and assisted in any way he could. Tania (program director) and Cindy (travel concierge) were amazingly helpful, I could text at anytime and they would text me back as soon as they could. I’m not sure if it was Pawrade’s decision or the breeders decision to go through Sweet Briar Animal Transportation but either way, Sweet Briar did an outstanding job. the reps continually spoke to my husband instead of me. i paid for the dog and i am taking care of the dog. i asked THREE times to have his information remover (he was the one who inquired about the dog), and i was reassured his info was removed. however, it was NOT removed and probably still isnt. the day we received the call to go over travel and steps once puppy is received, my husband still received a call. i will never purchase a dog from here again and ill be sure to tell my friends and family as well.

I bless the day I found Pawrade!!! My husband and I are older and so wanted an Italian Greyhound again after our last one passed ten years ago. And then I saw Luke on the Pawrade site and he was seven months old and had been crate trained potty trained and socialized. All the things we knew we just couldn't go through again with a young puppy. All the transactions with the folks at Pawrade were so simple. First i want to thank you (pawrade) for all the support in getting our new baby home safely. It was longer than expected but to get her to our home but it was definitely worth the wait, she is perfect. My Yorkie is taking some time to get use to her but she is coming along. The representatives were courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. They helped guide a novice like me through a relatively involved process.
