I had a fantastic experience with Pawrade from my very first phone call to Samantha. She helped me every step of the way. She was so kind and patient with me as I had many questions. Every time I called her she picked up immediately. If by chance she was busy and I left a message she would call me within minutes. I had many conversations with her and I felt like she became a friend. She helped arrange the ground transportation for Cecil (now Max) and was so happy to get my text letting her know he arrived safe and sound and he was happy and healthy. I would like to thank Samantha and the others (Morgan, Donna, Carli & Tina) who reached out to me as well. I would also like to thank the transport team (Jocelyn and Megan) who were wonderful!

Pawrade, by far, is the best place to go when searching for your new fur baby. We purchased two Jack Russell puppies, initially named Tommy and Tasha - their new names are Sophie (Sophia) and Vinnie (Vincenzo) yes, I’m the Italian in our house 🤩 (Vacchiano). It only seemed fitting to name them with an Italian flare. Every step of the way with Pawrade was fantastic! They were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We dealt with Emma who was fantastic and also dealt with a few other women. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I cannot say enough good about Pawrade! They are great! Please be careful when looking on line to purchase pups. There are a lot of scammers out there. One such site is Jack and true love puppies. They take your money and there are no puppies at the end of the deal. I only mention this as we weee scammed out of $1,900 by them and are so very grateful for a reputable company like Pawrade. Many thanks to all of you.

We purchased two Jack Russell puppies through Pawrade. The entire experience was wonderful. Their initial names were Tommy and Tasha. Their new names are Sophie (Sophia) and Vinnie (Vincenzo). I’m Italian and picked out the names. I would gladly recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a pup. Before we found Pawrade, we were scammed out of $1,900. It is a site that is still up. Its name is Jack and true love puppies! Please, please be careful. The site is a scam! They have been reported to the FTC, FBI, GOOGLE and Facebook. If you want a puppy - use Pawrade! They truly are the best❤️❤️❤️

Although significantly more expensive than what I expected (partly because Google showed me the puppy when I searched for Jack Russells in Arizona and the puppy was actually in Missouri), I absolutely loved the experience getting my pup from Pawrade. The customer service was refreshingly great; every step of the way the insured I understood the process and had all the right information. The delivery service was great too. My wallet regrets the decision but not the rest of me. The experience was great and I love my new puppy.

First off the whole experience was amazing the crew that brought my new puppy all the way to me was very nice when I meet with them and my puppy was full of joy when he arrived. Tells me the gave him all he needed on the trip he seemed so happy. And I have to say how happy and healthy my puppy has been so far he is a bundle of joy. Gadrial and were very happy. Love at first sight for both of us. He has a new name,Simmon. I hope you dont mind. I see that the owner of his parints is simmon. I was thinking of that name even befor we met and i think it works. He allready responds to his new to his new name. We will keep in touch on pogress. Pcs to come

Our puppy had parvo and died within a few days of arriving at our home. He had np contact with any other dogs or even people under our care. As it was past your 72 hour window, no one, including Pawrade, the breeder, or the transport company will take responsibility for delivering a sick dog to us. It was very tragic for us. There was no chance to get any of the money we paid for the puppy or to the vet. A very negative experience all the way around.

Although the initial buying process and transportation was smooth. My puppy became lethargic on day four and tested positive for parvo. The company will not offer any compensation because the testing was done after 72 hrs even though puppy's symptoms start showing anywhere from 3-7 days after being exposed. This is a ridiculous policy and that is how they get away from not being held liable

Scooter is everything I thought he would be. He arrived in great health, and was actually clean. C.J. the driver answered all my questions. The whole process is a little stressful because of all the scams, however when I would call with questions everyone was patient and informative. Looking back I would give 4 and 1/2 stars easily!!!!!!!!! Thank you very much Scooter!!!!!!!!!!

From the very beginning of picking our puppy, payment, forms, information, call follow ups, helping with schedules, breeder paperwork, and the long trip toget him here safely was THE BEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. This was the most wonderful experience my husband and I could have ever asked for after losing our beloved jack Russell kodi 13years old a week before. And the drivers that drove him to our house. They kept us informed and were very friendly and takegreatcare of the puppies. So professional, Reese and dakota brought our puppy to our house and I was blown away at their kindness, respect and love of the safety of my puppy. Thank you all who made this dog possible. Miles is happy and totally healthy, took him to the vet and they loved him. Very healthy dog. All the people involved we thank you with a warm hug. This was so worth it!!!!!! God bless you all

There were some minor kinks with Petpay and Wags on Wheels but the puppy I bought was meant to be mine and pawrade made it happen. It's not easy to coordinate delivery of a live healthy puppy and pawrade gave me all the info I needed in order to welcome my new family member. I would recommend this service to others who want to get a puppy without the hassle of dealing directly with breeders and arranging transportation/pickup.
