Our puppy was delivered to us and immediately had a seizure. Within 5 days it had 8 total seizures, including 1 at vet ER. Sadly, he had to put down. The only recourse this company offers is $500 policy, and money back for puppy. They would not help with $1,300 worth of vet bills and $750 travel cost. It is a shame, not only did my 7-year old cry for days, but the fact we could be sold a puppy who was clearly sick. I’m disgusted by this company and their weak policies. They should be ashamed, but my guess is they’re not. But hey they have their polices, that only protect themselves.

The transition went ok Elijah was dropped off early Saturday morning was bathed immediately after being delivered but as the day went along we noticed a slight limp we are taking him to veterinary for a wellness check and see if there’s any issues. Thank you for a lovely puppy.

Was very disappointed that she had not even been remotely housebroken. We got Genesis when she was about 15 weeks old and I was told that the breeder had started training her to do her business outside, but she is not even remotely trained and we are having huge issues with her.

Leila is just perfect -so so sweet . We slept together on the couch last night . Next week I start with crate training and she also has a vet appointment. So all is good - except she does not eat a lot . I give her the nutri cal which she likes . I am sure the long trip and leaving her mom and brothers is causing some stress so we take it easy
