Every thing went well. Every one I dealt with was extremely helpful. I was vert satisfied with every process. The only thing is that when I got Everett he was very sick and I had to take him for an emergency vet visit which was very expensive and I believe someone should be responsible for that. I left a review prior to getting my pup but now that she is here, I will say this. I had a great experience working with Pawrade and they answered and took care of my needs. The staff members that I spoke to were all very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs as well as my pup'. They sent updates to me on a daily basis and once I filled out all required papers and she was brought to me in only 9 day's time. I was sooo impressed with Pawrade. They're top notch!! I would highly recommend their service for anyone out there that wants to buy a puppy. I've already recommended them to my friends.

The process of getting her here was a little mindblowing - I understand the flight delays, but the moment you were done you were done and I felt so confused - also all of the back and forth was confusing - I received duplicates of many things - I am going through a loss of my husband so I have maybe lost perspective but you should know the process was not smooth!
