This was my second experience purchasing a dog through your company. Prior to the sale, customer service communication was prompt and consistently positive. However, after my payment was processed, responses from customer service became significantly slower, and on two separate occasions, I was promised a call back that never occurred. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I am unlikely to use your services again.

Upside: Great service. Got our pup within a few days. Made everything easy. Carrier employee was courteous and friendly. Only Downside: Having to find a vet for the 72 hour visit when I already had one for over a year with no issues (Banfield). If someone is already using a facility, they shouldn't have to find another one simply because Pawrade has an issue with them. *I couldn't find one. Luckily Banfield gave us a quick appointment because we had high standing with them. Every other vet wanted minimum two weeks notice. I am not comfortable having Kai (new name) for TWO WEEKS without being seen by a vet*

My first time purchasing a puppy from pawrade. I was very hesitant to purchase from anyone honestly. I love the fact that Pawrade objects to puppy mills first of all and equally important to me was was how professional this service was from start to finish. We used their flight nanny as well and she was absolutely wonderful. I am extremely grateful to everyone from the breeder to all of the Pawrade employees who helped me along the journey. I can't say enough good things and would use Pawrade again and recommend the process to anyone looking for a puppy.

From start to finish, I have been nothing less than impressed with Pawrade. Their communication, information, follow up and puppy selection was all EXCELLENT and sets the bar extremally high for anyone else. I love how they work with hand selected, private breeders, and they make sure that all i's are dotted and t's crossed. My sweet Sugie (short for Sugar) arrived clean and healthy....right to my front door. The Pet Nanny driver was so kind and obviously cared about her so much. He really bonded with her during the drive from Dallas to Atlanta, and even reached out a few days later to see how she was adjusting. Every Pawrade person I have dealt with was knowledgeable and caring. I have already recommended them to several friends and family members. I did look at rescues too, but then realized that all puppies' lives matter!! I am thrilled with my sweet little baby XOXOXOX

Absolutely the smoothest and easiest way to get two sweet puppies. From Tom to Jade to Destiny to Reagan and of course Hammond's (aka Alfie now) breeder, the experience was so wonderful and exciting. Alfie is the cutest, most lovable, smart, happy, tail waggin little boy. He seems very at home here. He and Astrid (aka Honey) are best buddies. Simba arrived safely last night but without any information about the food he's been eating, only a plastic bag of kibble. I think communication regarding the puppy and his nutritional needs should be as thorough as the payment process. Otherwise, Leo, who delivered Simba, was wonderful and the process was easy.

I love me new little guy... He was as promised very sweet and well adjusted To people you could tell he came from a loving breeder. This was the first time every buying a puppy this way.
