Everyone was very friendly, helpful. Grayson is adorable…a perfect fit. The only small issue I have is that had I known ahead of time the delivery was going to take him through multiple states and a couple days..I would have gone and picked him up. I had no problem with the delivery folks. They also were very friendly, and kept us up on where they were along the way. Again, I would have opted to go and pick him up opposed to waiting for him to be delivered. He is a sweetie! We adore him!

A very organized agency who loves puppies and placing them in forever homes. I have read that the puppies lived in a puppy mill in Missouri (where my puppy was from) before being obtained by Pawrade. I pray this is not true, but the internet is filled with these reports. Better communication is sorely needed after the sale. I never spoke on the phone with anyone ( although I repeatedly requested it ) after I paid over$4,000. I have many issues with how the puppies were herded into the van and there was no one to care for them. I don’t think we would do it again - working with Pawrade. Carol

I can't tell you what it means to have my baby with me now! She brings tears to my eyes and my heart beats with joy. I've been waiting for her. It seems like for a very long time. I named her Della Rae(Beverly)! She came to me like she was waiting for me from the first second. I took her she doesn't wanna leave me for a minute. Full of joy both of us! They sold me a puppy from a puppy mill. His paws and under his chin were discoloured from urine. He wasn’t house or leash trained. He’s anxious and fearful. No self confidence. Barks at anything. When a hand came towards him he cringes. He wasn’t neutered. He has 2 medical conditions that weren’t disclosed until after the sale, contracts were signed and money paid. Do not go through Pawrade.

Fleury (Zelda) arrived safe and happy and adorable! We just love her ❤️❤️❤️. She is so full of energy and loves to play. We named her Fleury because she’s white like snow and Las Vegas and Minnesota had a goalie named Fleury, which was my Grandsons favorite. He also plays hockey so it all made sense. 🐾 🥅 🏒 🐾. We are so pleased with Pawrade and everyone they employ. We loved how they were available for any questions. We loved all the detailed instructions they provided every step of the way. The liason they provided was so wonderful answering any questions tat came up. The ground transportation delivered our baby in 2 days and took great care of her along the way. Great experience dealing with Pawrade right from browsing the available puppies to delivery. Pawrade answered all my questions and concerns promptly. Besides great communication, Pawrade followed up with necessary paperwork to protect breeder and me, the end purchaser. The ground delivery company was also professional and prompt with constant communication. I highly recommend Pawrade for your next canine fur baby.

We had a very good experience. The only issue that I can even remotely identify that would be negative is that the puppy came in the middle of the night. The puppy we have named Kamilla or ‘Kami’ is beyond sweet, well cared for and we are in love!!!! Thank you Pawrade! I was so nervous about the condition of the puppy and being scammed and I can honestly say that you guys are amazing and you really care about dogs! So thank you from the bottom of our hearts! I have two little girls and they are totally in love and it is beyond adorable-:)
