From beginning to the end I had a nice transition. Lois Krahing help me out a lot. She answered all my questions. The day I got him was exciting. He just look at me with those blue eyes and I melted. Its been 3 days now and he is just a joy. He already made a path way to run. He is a big zoomer. And he plays with his toys. WE love him!!

Our sweet girl arrived just as Pawrade said she would. She is healthy and beautiful. Communication from Pawrade was great and the extra pictures and videos of my puppy were great to get while waiting for the puppy express transport to take place. 👍

Overall a great experience. The only uncomfortable moment was a delay in getting the go ahead to travel to pick her up. It was very last minute.

We decided to add a new puppy after 6 years without a dog. Our 3 month old toy Mini Aussie arrived 5 days ago and she blended in instantly. She ran up to my son who is deaf and disabled and proceeded to love on him. We are very pleased with Octavia and her disposition. She does need to be potty trained (that was not done by Pawrade which we wish they had as we have had lots of accidents), crate trained, etc.

The Transaction went great all of the staff were very helpful with information that we needed. The previous owners were helpful and continue to want to stay in touch every one has a high standard in the care for the puppy. Our new puppy is in good health and very beautiful. Transportation company did a great job limiting the stress on our new puppy.
