This was a good experience, but there is still alot of anxiety with it. Prior to sales via the internet, I could meet breeders and talk directly to them during the entire process, from picking out the puppy until delivery. Your process has more fear in it for the buyer, since contact with the breeder is not included regularly in the process. I cannot believe people buy puppies online without ever talking to the breeder! As a customer, this is a scary process: to pay a company thousands of dollars, and not be able to see the puppies "live" (facetime video or zoom calls), or talking with the breeder. Even getting updated pictures seemed like a big ask. I feel that requiring full payment a couple of weeks in advance of pickup and withholding the phone number of the breeder are 2 things I did not like about this process. There are so many scammers online today selling puppies with stolen pictures, and requiring large deposits without knowing you really have reserved a puppy.

You say you don’t have puppy mills and I strongly disagree. The puppy we picked up was filthy and smelled of urine and some god awful perfume spray to cover up the odor we could hardly stand the 3 hour ride home. The amount of money we paid and the fact that breeder has multiple breeds is certainly different from the home raised puppy image you portrayed. I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone other than saving these dogs and getting them out of that environment.

This was a very interesting process for getting Jagger. It was overall easy to use but at times needed some clarification. Some of the instructions in the process seemed to conflicted in the timing of what we needed to do, however, our concierge and backup concierge on weekends was able to give us the answers we needed and all were very helpful. There is one thing that should occur early on after purchase, getting talks with the breeder sooner. Otherwise everything was great! Traci our Nanny, was great. She kept us informed at every step of Jagger’s journey flying cross country from Ft Wayne, Indiana to Portland, Oregon. Jagger is now enjoying his new forever home. Jagger Rules!

Everyone was so helpful & seamless. The only thing that would have made it even more perfect, would to have received an update or picture of our little boy in the interim couple of weeks waiting for him to be big enough to travel to us.

We are happy with our experience with Pawrade. The only suggestion is having better communication. We were given a phone number for a rep and were told to call or text anytime. Getting updated pictures of our puppy took a week. We asked about food and breeder but had to ask multiple times to get an answer. We got automatic generic msgs. We will recommend this to other people but suggest better communication or not to offer contact info it if not able to respond. Thank you for a Beautiful Puppy!!!!!

Buying process was seamless and a joy - I dealt with Mindi After the delivery things have not been as seamless. First, I paid the for the personal delivery via vehicle - this process was horrible. The puppy traveled through 10 states before it finally arrived and was traumatized at delivery. There really should be a way for the delivery service to give you the route beforehand, and you either accept or decline. If I were given the route beforehand I would have requested a refund and paid a private carrier. I did pay for an extended health guarantee. To this point (I have tried by voice, text, ap, and email) I have been unable to get that policy number from anyone to activate. To sum up - the purchasing process was five stars, after that the rating drastically decreases. Quite frankly I would give the delivery service negative stars (if that is possible) as we are quite bothered with the delivery process/service.

This experience from start to finish has been amazing. We were a little worried getting a puppy we hadn’t met yet. But every person we worked with eased our minds. Tracking her trip to us was fun. And she arrived ready to play. Would absolutely use parade again.

The process to adopt our puppy was very easy and our questions were answered in a timely manner. Getting our pup was a bit delayed due to the Christmas holiday, and the transport from the breeder to us took from Saturday evening to Tuesday morning. Our pup was stressed from the long time traveling. She is settling in nicely now though.

Both the consultant and the travel advisor were quick to response at all times and entertain every question we had. Even helped us to talk with the breeder. Totally recommend them!

Enrico is everything I hoped for. She is a sweet, precious little girl. At 13 weeks she's a handful, but her angelic face and personality make up for her age.
