From the first moment I called to ask a question until I picked up my new puppy, the people at Pawrade have been wonderful. When I called the first time to ask questions about the type of puppy we were looking for, the lady that answered the phone was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She listened and then made suggestions on breeds that would fit my needs and lifestyle. My family was able to agree on a puppy easily and the whole process was smooth and we were kept informed every step of the way. We picked our puppy in person and was it was nice to meet the breeder and talk about our dogs temperament and usual behavior. I highly recommend you use them to help you find your new furry best friend.

1. Pre-reserved the Pawrade team is unrelenting in their attempt to reach you via all contact methods you’ve shared with them. Once you’ve made contact, they are super friendly, accommodating, but with any sales team, they are trying to make a sale, so be prepared for urgency messaging with making a decision. 2. Post reserved, pre-delivery, the Pawrade team is again friendly, with emails about what to expect wildly flying as they ensure you’re aware of what to expect, but as learned, mostly to drive home the contract requirements from the reservation of your new furry friend. 3. Delivery team, very friendly and provide timely updates as they travel across the US. Due to how young my puppy was/is, ground travel was only option vs air, which was best method until the winter storm pushing into the West. 4. Post Delivery Support Team - friendly quickly moves to a realm in which documentation is paramount over delivery of exceptional experiences. Too much CYA, less support.

The process was relatively smooth. I especially appreciated the fact that the breeder actually took the time to bring my new family member to me. That put my concerns to rest... I would definitely go through Pawrade again. They are fan5astic, every step of the way...

From the moment we found our precious girl on pawrade's website, we knew we had found the one. If I went into too much detail, I would just be repeating the already hundreds perhaps thousands of stellar reviews that already exist. Which is what convinced me to take the chance with Pawrade to begin with. My experience was excellent every step of the way. Really couldn't have been better. My 13-week-old Golden Doodle made a long road trip and exceeded my every expectation upon arrival. Constant contact with the transporter with whom you are enabled to follow along via the Life 360 tracking app. Two nice young men driving teams showed up in a nice, large van tasked with safely delivering 14 puppies all up the east coast from Virginia up into the New England states. Walked our new puppy in their arms right up to the door, came in for some good handoff conversation and paperwork signing and were off to the next. In summary I am thoroughly impressed with the entire experience and would do it again. A sincere thank you to Pawrade and Wags on Wheels for the new addition to our family.

I thought the process was so so, trying to get information was kind of hard. We were supposed to pick jinx up on Monday morning at nine and we didn’t get the person‘s information until Monday morning at 9:10. Needs better correspondence with the customer and also getting them information about the breeder. Everyone was friendly, but a very stressful ordeal would not do it again through you all.

He was rated as an F1 and he was an F1b. It also said he was 5# and he is 2.4#. Finally it lists his food as the Pride and that he will not be under warranty if we don’t continue to feed him that. But when we picked him up the breeder said he didn’t feed him that. So how will we keep the warranty????

I was a bit reluctant, BELIEVE ME! It's scary, you don't know who to trust, if its a scam or a puppy mill situation, etc., Pawrade did not disappoint. Excellent communication, every one of my texts and calls was returned and addressed very quickly. The drop-off process was seamless. Very happy when my puppy finally made it home! My only concern was the late evening/early morning arrival. I would definitely recommend this company when looking for a forever puppy!

Nutmeg was delivered as promised. He is so fricken cute. Cant stop cuddling and kissing him. I thought he was coming with some toys but guess the breeder didnt want to include. Hes been sleeping a lo but guess thats normal for a puppy. Thank you Melinda

When I picked my puppy up from the breeder in a parking lot at a coffee shop it was definitely not the puppy that was advertised. Not even close , as advertised he was 7 months old, this puppy was barely 4 months old according to my vet. He is just now losing his baby teeth and he was skin and bones, very mal nurished. I felt sorry for the little fellow so I literally rescued him at the cost of $2,000.00. I hate having to give this poor rating but I would hate more by not telling the truth.
