One of the best experience and decision I've ever made….!!!!! knowing that there are a lot of scammer out there but I have to say this is 10000000% legit Everyone from customer service ,transporting team to the management are on top of their game they made me feel like I could trust them and on top of that they made it possible to my puppy for Christmas Eve and they got to me on time… much respect for everyone that made my family's Christmas magical…!!!!!! I was skeptical of adopting a puppy online as there are so many scammers out there. The local shelters didn't have the kind of dog we hoped for, there were no legitimate seeming breeders in the area, and I would never do Craigslist. I am so happy to have found Pawrade. It was a legitimate company I could verify. The staff answered questions directly and did not push or rush any decision. I could pay with my credit card, and the contract was comprehensive. We got a lot of advice on how to best care for our new puppy, and it is clear that the health of the animals is the number one priority, not transactions. The delivery service was great also, with regular updates and real time GPS tracking. There was not a single surprise or added charge after the fact. Pawrade is the safest and best option if you are in the same situation as we were. We just took our new family member to the vet and they said he was in excellent health. Thank you!

I highly recommend using Pawrade, it eliminates the fear of getting scammed. I was almost scammed before when I tried to purchase a puppy on my own and with Pawrade's Better Business Bureau's rating of A+ I decided to try them and I'm so glad I did! Sarah was amazing at getting right back to me and communicated back and forth with me until I was able to pick my dog up (about 2 weeks after I purchased him). Thank you so much to everyone at Pawrade! I love my little Blaze (formally Go-Go) so very much!

We are quite pleased with our new puppy. We were hoping she would be a bit smaller, but she will be fine. We got her to be a playmate for our other small Minpin and they are getting along well.

The puppy is great. I only gave 3 stars because of two big issues. 1. I wasn't allowed to talk to the breeder. This process was good as far as connecting to the breeder and safely exchange money, but all the secrecy until the last minute robbed us of crucial aspects of the new pup process. I couldn't directly ask any questions about temperament or anything. And the questions I did ask, I had to ask thru a third party. It felt more like a scam than a puppy search. 2. The extra cash for being the middle man is ridiculous. This was way overpriced and I failed to research until I was on the way to pickup. Those together made for a bad experience process wise, but I am happy with the dog and his temperament so far.

Our lil girl arrived healthy, happy, and has already within 24 hours of arrival quickly adjusted to our home and eating, sleeping and playing !
Everything went smoothly. So far, so good, we are happy with Tatum and she seems to enjoy our home. Thank you, indeed. :):)
