Pawrade was very thorough throughout the whole process from the time I made my initial call to all the updates along the way to also include the thorough communication while he was being transported via the pet courier service. I am very pleased with my puppy. Everybody was very helpful and patient with me because the puppy I really wanted had a serious health issue. Everybody I talked to was very helpful. The transport guy was great. I would definitely purchase another puppy from Pawrade.

This method of purchasing a puppy was very thorough. There are quite a few steps to take, but overall things went smoothly. I felt a bit apprehensive at first, because ideally you like to physically check the puppy out as well as the parents. This process, you are totally trusting breeder and pawrade to deliver. Both parties did deliver and we are very pleased with our new fur baby!!

Our puppy is a great looking dog! Unfortunately, I was surprised to hear that he traveled with 15 other dogs on his way to our house and consequently was diagnosed with Coccidio parasite upon his initial vet visit which was performed within the 72 hrs window of receiving him. Puppy now has to take medication for a week making potty training a lot more difficult given his propensity for diarrhea in the setting of the parasitic infection that he did not have prior to leaving the breeder. Additionally, I was receiving group texts from other individuals that were expecting puppies during his time in transit and the text messages were being sent at ungodly hours of the morning (i.e. 330 am, 200 am). The text messages were sent from other individuals that had nothing to do with our puppy. otherwise, Pawrade is a very organized company and I was extremely satisfied with all individuals that I interacted with along the way. I was hoping to receive a puppy in good health given amt $spent
