EVERYTHING went smoothly, from when I picked the puppy I wanted, to the actual delivery of the puppy. I was kept well informed, both by text messages and email, regarding the actual location of the drivers who transported the puppy via an app they sent me to monitor.....couldn't be happier, I love JOJO, my new fur baby.

When the team arrived with Theo, they helped me surprise my wife. I told her that we were waiting for air transportation. I told her two people were outside and wanted to see her. They had Theo and she didn't realize that he was our puppy. There were many tears of happiness. For only 13 weeks, Theo is very well behaved. He is happy and healthy.

My Old English Sheepdog puppy is fantastic. My local Vet provided him with a clean bill of health and was pleased to see all of the previous vaccination paperwork prepared and easy to follow. The entire process with Pawrade was excellent. Communications were great and door to door delivery by the nicest transporters made the entire transaction a joy. Thank you for my healthy, happy puppy.
