Puppy was delivered the evening of 7/23. Took him to the vet early morning 7/25 for his checkup, he ended up in the hospital, "Red Zone Septic" until the evening of 7/27. Over $7K in medical bills thus far and we are not out of the woods yet. Now the offer of "purchase price of your puppy will be refunded, if your claim is approved." UNBELIEVABLE..... acute pneumonia along with two parasites. THESE MEDICAL CONDITIONS DO NOT DEVELOP OVERNIGHT!! I am doing everything in my power to get this little boy a fighting chance at a good life---- after a blood transfusion and still on four meds; several upcoming appointments..... praying little Ozzy (formerly Crawford) will continue to fight this battle for me. Needless to say, I am a very disappointed, upset customer. The breeder and vet need to be held accountable for not caring for a sick pup. Heartbreaking to say the least.

On 8/31 i told you i didnt want to wait weeks after i paid for her ,on 9/3/23 i said i would get her as long as she was shipped with in a week of me paying for her ,i then paid for her including 1099.00 for airfare with a Nannie ,she was tentively going to be flown between the 10th to the 12th,who ever the nannie company you use said it was hard to get a flight out of springfield,i asked if we should look for ground transpotation and was told i needed to pay a extra 100 buck to even look into it,,afternoon word on the 17th i asked if i should just fly there and pick her up myself, i hope i was going to get a cheap flight as when i check back on the 3rd and even on the 17 i could have gotten and roung trip for under 500 ,so i could final come get her on the 27th but do to waiting so long the flight had increased to 1260.00 I am disabled andhad to take the flight which i had no problem with getting her out of springfield so not sure why your company you use told you that

We adopted two puppies from the same litter. This little pup belongs to my mom. The puppy was perfect and healthy. And with two puppies we have skipped the whole night time adjustment of leaving its litter. When we took her to our vet they said the 3 year health guarantee was excellent coverage. 100% satisfied with the whole process.
