Pawrade has all the answers until you make payment for the puppy. They hide the way the puppies are transported….in a cage in a van for days. I elected to pick up my puppy and drive the puppy home myself. I asked repeatedly for the vet records to provide to my vet ahead of time and the representative would only say that it was unusual for this delay of receiving records to happen. My puppy had a cough from day 1. We didn’t even drive away with her 30 minutes and she was coughing. This cough turned out to be a very contagious organism. My puppy was hospitalized within 30 days as the cough worsened and the illness progressed to pneumonia. After thousands of dollars in vet/hospital bills, I requested re-imbursement as the puppy was obviously sick with the organism when I picked her up. Petpay denied all requests. I would not recommend using either Pawrade or Petpay to anyone. The breeders don’t want you to see their homes or the parents of the puppies??? Find a breeder in your area.

This was an amazing process and we LOVE our new furry family member! The Pawrade process was so reassuring the whole time. We were of course cautious but we have been so pleased with the whole process. We're glad we leaned in and now we have the most precious little girl!

My puppy is adorable. I wish the breeder would have communicated better with updated pictures of my puppy during the time I had to wait to get her. New “Mothers” are anxious to see their baby’s progress. At times I felt good communication was lacking , but overall it was a good experience.

This was a very smooth process. From the day we reserved our puppy, we contacted and the staff explained everything step by step. The driver even texted me to let me know that they were in route and arrived at the house exactly when he said he would.

Everything went smoothly and I was kept well informed. I just wish the shipping of our puppy was faster. It felt like I received the same updates every other day, but the final shipping notice took a long time. I would have preferred our puppy was shipped a day or two after I paid for her instead of 10 days after I paid for her.

Very disappointed . The puppy is not what we expected . Very hyper. Our vet and groomer agreed he is adorable but more energy than normal. We also had no idea what a F1B is. We are ok with the looks but his behavior is more than we can handle. We would consider putting him back on your market . He is close to being house broken which is a plus because he wasn't close to that when we received him. We wanted a peekapoo 50/50. I have many bites on my arm and hands. What do you suggest? Tom
