The receiving of Barney was excellent. It was the behavior of the dog afterwards that I am disturbed about. I couldn’t get near him to put his new collar and leash on to take him out. Is this normal?

My review is difficult to post. The day before my dog was going to fly out to me I was informed that they MISGENDERED my dog. How is that even possible? TBH the sex didn’t matter, but when I asked for some refund since the mail dogs are $400 cheaper than the female dogs, I was only given $100. For me I feel like I was ripped off but that’s where I’m torn because I love this dog. I am still owed at least $300 more. Let’s see if I get it.

Let me preface this, that I love this puppy and will do anything to make him happy! The transport guy thrust the puppy in my hands and snapped a picture...immediately after the pup tore up my hand...he was so scared poor little guy! I was to bath him, not! I can't touch the pup! No one can get near him! Being gentle and giving him space, but really what the heck happened to this little guy! I have been part of a rescue organization for 10 years and this little guy has all the signs of abuse. He is loving being with my other puppy and the big yard to run in. I am confident with gentle care he will come around, but really why am I having to rehabilitate a 5 month old puppy! Advertised as loving and wanted cuddles...not! Very sad. My heart breaks for this little guy.

Communication isn’t very good. I have questions now about my puppy, such as potty-training methods, not just doggie door. Also, was she crate-trained at all. I have texted and called and no response. Waiting on an email response right now. Throughout this whole process, communication has not been good.

We got our gorgeous puppy through Pawrade. He looks exactly like the pictures and we couldn't be happier. They were extremely thorough with the whole process and the well being of the puppy was always the priority, which we appreciated. So happy with our decision to use Pawrade
