Everyone at Pawrade was very helpful and the transaction was easy and professional! We had some issues with ticks and Giardia upon delivery, but they are in the process of working with their insurance to compensate for the treatment costs. Apparently these are common issues with breeders. Our new puppy is absolutely adorable and a delightful addition to our home! We were very happy with Pawrade and there professionalism!

We were nervous about buying a puppy online for many reasons— scams, puppy mills, poor transport — but none of those fears came true with Pawrade. Communication was excellent throughout, and the transport team was fast, professional, and so caring. Our puppy arrived healthy, happy, well-adjusted, and nearly fully potty-trained at her age of 12 weeks! The only small improvement would be faster follow-up right after purchase — a quick human call or quicker contract emails would ease first-time nerves. That said, everything else was flawless. Based on our experience, Pawrade is wonderful and we would highly recommend. We couldn’t be happier!

Did not get contact info on time for metlife. Tried to call and no answer waited for a call back after leaving message and nothing. I have been doing what I'm suppose to do. Already took her to vet but you gave me info for met life to late. Just no communication between you and us when we had questions.

Paisley arrived this morning right on time, and my twin grandsons and I were ready to greet her with open arms, and we bonded instantly! She's absolutely adorable and such a good girl! She's been very quiet, mostly snuggling on my lap, hasn't played too much yet, but did show a little interest in a few toys. Finally got her to eat a little this afternoon when I added some canned food to her kibble, and she drank a little water, then we took her outside and she peed and pooped like a big girl! She hasn't had any accidents and seems to be fairly well potty trained! What a bonus! So far she's absolutely perfect! Thank you so much! I'm madly in love with Paisley!❣️🐕🥰
