We are absolutely in love with our new fur baby. First time purchasing a puppy online without meeting it. Was scared and nervous but the communication and commitment Pawparade and the Breeder showed to assure this was not a scam made me feel relieved. As far as paying for the puppy, making sure we are getting the correct puppy and picking the puppy up through the breeder was all great five star the communication between Pawade and the customers not even a half a star very unprofessional but everything else was great. we love the puppy

We're doing great. My experience with her purchase was smooth; however, there were a few things that were lacking. The major issue is the complete lack of communication with her breeder after she began her journey to me. I've asked multiple times for more information and received nothing. I know that's not necessarily on your company. This particular breeder seemed to no longer care about this amazing animal or getting her settled once the money cleared the bank. Relook at this breeder & determine if you really want to keep doing business with someone that might not have the animal's best interest in mind. Second, my transport co. My best friend also got a puppy through your company, as I had talked you all up & showed her the ad for Lily & she did purchase her. The company that delivered Lily was good at communicating, allowed tracking via an app & even bathed Lily before they arrived. Skadi arrived with poop caked to her behind.

Our new puppy is very cute and well-behaved for a puppy. He has a good disposition and temperament. The transaction and sales process with Pawrade was disappointing. We paid thousands for a dog but received very very little communication from Pawrade. Many messages were never returned. I will recommend to everyone who asks that they use a different service to find a dog. I did not like Pawrade. They should have communicated more proactively and verbally set clear expectations of the timeline for delivery. Also, our puppy is almost 5 months old but appears to have zero previous potty training. It is obvious that the breeder did zero training of any kind including potty training. I would have expected a caring breeder to begin some training by the age of 5 months. The lack of training suggests the breeder does not take pride in their service. I know many breeders who would have delivered an almost fully potty-trained puppy. This one is 0% trained

My only note to pawrade would be to help put buyers at ease by providing much more frequent and personal puppy updates during the waiting period (pics, videos) whenever possible - as if you (pawrade) are now a person watching my dog, because in a way you are.

Hello, I know It's very nerve-racking and scary to buy an animal online. I was very scared that I made a bad decision only because I was unable to see the vet paperwork before I paid, not knowing the health of it and you're not sure if you're actually going to get it, so it was a little uneasy with me. I did only give it 4 stars because of the lack of communication stressed me out and it was hard to get a response back when I had questions. It took a long time to get a video call just to see him on the screen and get reassurance. They do want to make sure that these animals go to a good home and that they leave healthy, you just have to be patient. I did receive him healthy and safe. I want to give a shout out to the gentleman that did the deliveries. I was impressed with how fast they traveled to four states safely as quick as they did. They were absolutely wonderful and so kind. We renamed him Koda and we love him so much!! He is exploring and loving his new brothers. Thank you.

I am so pleased with Pawrade and the entire process. Once I completed an inquiry form about the puppy I wanted and next steps, the Pawrade staff were very helpful. They sent me all the info I needed and called me a few times. I also chose to have Puppy Express transport my new puppy from Missouri to Massachusetts and that whole procedure was also explained thoroughly . My baby Nancy is a beautiful little girl and she was at her forever home within three weeks. I am so satisfied with the smooth and efficient manner in which the whole transaction was managed. Thank you Pawrade for your service and for my beautiful new fur baby. I love her completely !!!

Way too much paper work. Way too many emails/text. Way too much red tape. Too many stipulations and worded heavily as to not be able to read it all before signing. Also, contract says that you can not give the dog away or sell it if you decide you don't want it anymore. AND that the breeder has "first rights" if you do decide to do something with the pet. And you get zero refund and are liable for all transport cost to return it. You must get the written approval from the breeder to be able to "rehome" the animal. We've been saturated with so much paper work and "contract" that we're not even sure that we legally own the dog now. Advice: Buy locally. Without all the BS/Contracts!

The process seemed too easy to be true at first, so I was fearful this may have been a scam site! I am very glad to say that I was wrong. I was easily able to find the puppy we were looking for, make payment and arrange transportation. The baby arrived healthy, calm and quick. Communication via the platform was new for me as I typically only interact with breeders, however this was a good experience and will likely utilize them again in the future
