Gus is great. He is full of puppy playfulness and just like any baby he is into everything, but that will pass with training and getting older. I am happy to have him as part of my family. I think the trip to me was a long for a puppy (any puppy). I know they do their best and have the puppies best interest in mind, but Gus left on a Saturday and didn't get to me until Thursday. 6 days is a long time for a puppy to be in a crate traveling even though I know they cared for as best as can be expected. Since he came right before a holiday weekend, that makes the 72 hour "well puppy" check up more challenging and I had already rescheduled 2 times waiting for his arrival. Gus is a very lively and happy puppy and Pawrade has been very engaged in letting me know what to expect.

I loved that we could watch Toby(Buddy) coming our way. We have fallen in love with him. He has to lay between both of us. He hates it when one of us gets up.what a sweetie. If I had a question for Stephen, he got right back to us. Our experience with you was excellent and love all the communication, made us feel comfortable. Thank you

Our experience using Pawrade was pleasant and seamless. We felt engaged by the staff and walked through the process with care. We opted for the Airpanion delivery too, and our Nanny was super sweet. Our pup arrived happy, albeit tired, and ready to take on life w/o a care in the world once we got her home.
