We love our puppy, she is so cute and so much fun. It was very easy working with the Pawrade Staff and PetPay. The only negatives was getting information after asking 3 times from the breeder and since we bought an older puppy (6months) I wish the breeder would have maintained her coat better and gave her a grooming before she was sent to us. Other than that I would recommend Pawrade.

Kate has now been renamed Scout and she is adorable! Everyone who sees her just loves her - even the mailman stopped to play with her today. I highly recommend Pawrade. Everyone was very nice and helpful and Scout is a Real bundle of joy. My only reason for not giving five stars is because I was inundated with emails by a number of different people and didn't always understand who was asking for what. I am 72 and not a real tech person so I struggled a little with this. I would definitely recommend Pawrade and would use them again.

Cole is now "Teddy". He is affectionate and adorable, but self control is limited. at this point. We are working on that. My biggest concern is that "Teddy" was up almost the whole night. When I put him in the crate at night, he wouldn't stop barking or howling. Then I let him loose in my bedroom to sleep, but his energy could not be contained. I tried the crate again, he started to howl mournfully. Even when I turned out the light to finally go to sleep he keep trying to jump on my bed or was running around as though he was the EverReady Bunny. He finally fell asleep about 4:15am and we got up at 7:15am. I hope this was a one time thing because I am exhausted! Any suggestions?

Everyone at Pawrade made this experience terrific for us and "Charlie the Poo-Ton". He came to us clean, happy and quickly. All our questions were answered same day and completely. He arrived with more "papers" than our prior dogs obtained elsewhere. We love him so much we are thinking of buying his brother still at the breeder. I would highly recommend Pawrade everyone was friendly. The communication was awesome on letting me know what to expect next. All of my questions were answered within a couple hours. Once my fur baby was picked up I received daily updates from the carrier with photos and a little note on how she was doing.

Pawrade was amazing. I literally got the cutest puppy who is so loving and sweet and almost well trained. Puzzle pieces delivery was a godsend in sending me photos along the way. Literally so grateful for this precious creature and couldn't give a better recommendation. She came with some typical puppy health issues, but nothing that can't be healed. And she is beyond well adjusted for her time here and that is everything. Love my puppy and recommend beyond words.
