We love our new puppy but working with Pawrade was cumbersome. The website & the employees were not easy to get the information needed. There were no pictures of the parent dogs. We dealt with at least 3 employees, maybe 4 & they did not communicate with each other. I was able to get connected with a “supervised” discussion with the breeder. Unfortunately, everything we agreed to (vet visit, pick up, etc) was not communicated to the next person we got “passed off” to. I won’t be recommending or using Pawrade again.

I was a little apprehensive about buying my pup online. But, it went very smoothly. The staff answered all my questions and responded quickly. The delivery was lightning fast, the drivers contacted me several times and sent photos of my new pup the way. She arrived on time clean and healthy. Thank you for my new bundle of joy!

Pawrade handled the inquiry, transaction, and transportation well, however, I feel that the breeder of Jess should be reviewed because your policy is no puppy mills, but I question that Jess did not come from a puppy mill. We will get Jess on the right track and we love her very much.

Great experience for the most part!!! Pawrades customer service was amazing. 200/10!! However I do wish things were explained a little better about delivery. So ground delivery, while yes keeps them from flying, also delivers 24/7. So for example our puppy was delivered at 3AM. The drivers drive continuously with only stopping to change out puppy pads and maybe take small breaks for themselves and switch off whose in the back with the puppies and whose driving. While I will say our drivers were AMAZING and very kind (make sure yall tip) the hour of delivery was none negotiable and with children and jobs made the following day very rough. So I would suggest going into that with thinking your puppy will be delivered at 2-3am and if that doesn’t work choose a different delivery option! Also the flight delivery. You are not guaranteed a specific airport. You give them the 3 closest and they choose which works better/is cheapest even if 3 hours away. But overall great experience and HIM!

We are SO in love with our puppy. His breeders did a GREAT job with his care; he is literally PERFECT! From constant communication with the Concierges, to the delivery from Wags on Wheels, LLC, we have had the BEST EXPERIENCE with getting a puppy in our entire lives! And to think it all started with a Google Search! Thank you all, from the bottom of our hearts.

It took forever, we were promised a couple of days but it it took from Tuesday until Saturday morning, 3 am. The little guy was worth waiting for. He’s very sweet and cute

Eeyore whose name was changed to CASPER, was diagnosed with CPV....PARVO on 3/08/2024! I am livid! Got the puppy from Saint Joe IN ON 2/10/2025 The expense and aggravation has been horrific. I will never suggest anyone use this animal service again! Very Unhappy, Jill P.S. I'm not chillin anymore! 🤯 Y'all should cut your ties to this woman! I suspect a puppy mill here! 😭
