Pawrade was exceptional the whole process. Transportation was wonderful as well. My only concern is that the puppy has several Mats in the coat that are going to have to be cut. This tells me that the breeder didn’t brush as needed. I was told she weighs 3 lbs. vet appointment on Monday but she seems thin to me. She is a very sweet girl and is going to be a great addition to my family.

The whole process was beautifully done. Every person I communicated with through the process was amazing. You can clearly see the love and dedication to all the pets. The Transport Team was amazing. Please remember to tip them when your pet arrives home! 😊❤️

I was skeptical of the process with all the scams out there about puppies. I took the chance and questioned along the way. I was extremely surprise with the process. The concierge took care of all my question and I got to have a video with the breeder. I got to see mom and dad dogs and how they were living. At one point I asked if tge breeder would adopt me because the dogs were do pampered. Delivery was just as great. All in all, I'm very happy with the process and will do business again with Pawrade

The process was easy and well organized. The arrangements for transport and explanation in terms of responsibility was clear and the concierge always available for questions. Important to mention is how well the little puppy was trained, adjusted, self confident and healthy. All information, pictures and descriptions were truthful- not what I experienced with shady "adoption agencies". This points to a well chosen breeder by Pawade and a quality control that is worth the money you pay.

I was very skeptical of buying a puppy online. But I found a little puppy face that I could not get out of my mind, so I decided to take a chance. While searching for a puppy, I discovered that my puppy was also listed on another website. I chose to buy her from Pawrade because the customer service was so much better. I received much faster replies from the customer service representatives, and no matter how many questions I asked, they were patient with me. It took longer for my little girl to arrive than I anticipated, but she arrived safely with no problems. I had a little trouble scheduling a vet check within 72 hours of arrival, so plan to be on top of that. But the actual buying process was easy, and my puppy is even cuter and sweeter than she appeared in her pictures!

We had a great experience with getting our new puppy through Pawrade. From the very beginning untill she was received we received excellent service. At the very begging after the purchase I got a phone call to explain the process and see if I had any questions. We received updated pictures of her. Our puppy arrived on time after getting updated texts both from the driving company and Pawrade. The drivers who cared for her during her drive were clearly caring and competent people. they delivered her nice and clean. I would definitely use Pawrade again.

My transaction was great!!! I was informed all the way until my baby was in my arms. She was well taken care. I was given all her paperwork, toys, food,leash and collar. I highly recommend PAWRADE to anyone. The service was great they email on the process and you can call them anytime during business hours. When it time to get your puppy they have an app to track your puppy delivery straight to your door. I love it. Thank you PAWRADE for making the process easy and for my beautiful puppy who is happy and running and playing no issues.

Service was great, very helpful. Only complaint is in multiple places it said my pup was on hills science puppy, so I bought an abundance and then as he was delivered he came with a different food, one I don’t have. But service and pup are 11/10.

While your system of "handoffs" during the entire process is a bit confusing, at first, we found it actually is pretty efficient and improved our process of checking in with whomever was in charge of the next step in the process. You probably could orient a new customer to how this will all work. We particularly appreciated the relative ease we experienced when it became obvious that our first puppy choice involved a breeder that appeared to be unable to handle the process due to what appeared to be diminished capacity. We are very happy with our new selection of Gendry, whom we renamed as Toby. We are particularly happy with the breeder. She has been very helpful throughout the process of getting Toby from Kansas to Southern CA and has been willing to follow-up with us since our pickup near the Kansas City airport. We just had a phone call interaction with her again today. She is always helpful in answering our questions.
