The dog is great and delivery was fine but communication was spotty and often non responsive. They need to do a better job with communicating. Access to breeder was also very limited. Would not use this again.

I cannot express how awesome the entire process was and how everything went so smoothly. My puppy is soooo perfect and I am so in love with him. From his health to his coat, happiness and all you can tell he was well taken care of. The pupy concierge made the experience delightfull and easy to accomplish. The express Puppies experience was flawless with frequent communication from the couriers and delivery slightly ahead of schedule. The puppy delivered was healthy, clean and exactly as advertised. He is a joy to have and loves his forever home.

We had a really great experience with Pawrade and the Breeder. Pawrade was very informative throughout the process.
Blake came healthy, happy, and curious. We have already bonded so well and we love him very much. Our experience with Pawrade has been seamless and wonderful. 100% recommend.
All went pretty well. We got a sweet baby Toy Poodle we named Dorie. The only problems were that Dorie had ear mites that we are treating, and the driver delivered her at 5 am.
Good experience with Pawrade. Staff very professional and communication throughout made the transition easy.

I was very satisfied with the staff I communicated with. Only issue issue is a few items the vet found, baby there remained and fecal worms neither item was on well check up before pick up

Honestly the best most professional great communication. I do not have one bad thing to say, my vet checked her out and I said she is so perfect I am scared it is too good to be true situation. He said no she is a perfect tiny toy poodle, I give her an A+! Could not be happier, she made one mistake in the house and I had workers all over the house and she went peepee on tile laundry room floor! That I can handle. In love with my best buddy Chanel❤️

I did not like the wrong information about dog food and puppy vitamins and I got the run around cal was supposed to come home with me from Flordia he was supposed to be drop of at hotel Saturday at 700 was not notified until after 7 that he was sick he was flown on Wednesday

Pawrade was exceptional the whole process. Transportation was wonderful as well. My only concern is that the puppy has several Mats in the coat that are going to have to be cut. This tells me that the breeder didn’t brush as needed. I was told she weighs 3 lbs. vet appointment on Monday but she seems thin to me. She is a very sweet girl and is going to be a great addition to my family.

I was skeptical of the process with all the scams out there about puppies. I took the chance and questioned along the way. I was extremely surprise with the process. The concierge took care of all my question and I got to have a video with the breeder. I got to see mom and dad dogs and how they were living. At one point I asked if tge breeder would adopt me because the dogs were do pampered. Delivery was just as great. All in all, I'm very happy with the process and will do business again with Pawrade
