We are extremely disappointed with this shopping experience. We chose to purchase our dog through your platform out of trust, but unfortunately, we were deceived—the dog we received is not the one we ordered. This behavior is unacceptable and severely damages customer trust.

The communication was terrible from the start. When the dog was sent across country by ground transportation the driver was sending updates the entire time, we got nothing. We had no idea where he was, when he was going to arrive that day. Etc. Our dog was completely full of pee when we poured water on him the water turned yellow. Overpriced for the service and communication.

The process was easy and all the agents were very informative. The delivery process was also very smooth with GPS tracking for the delivery. The puppy was immaculately clean and fluffy when we received him and he showed no sign of stress from the journey. A very rewarding process and a beautiful addition to our family.

All of the staff were extremely pleasant. I felt as if I were speaking to a friendly neighbor. My questions were answered efficiently. I was never made to feel as if I was overbearing. I arranged for a puppy for my elderly Dad as a couple in place of his late best furry friend who had passed. All information was clear & the staff was ALWAYS pleasant, even with repeated questions.

We were very disappointed when Vincent arrived at our home as he had an Odor and was extremely dirty. The driver said he was very surprised when he picked Vincent up at the Breeder's because he was already dirty and had not had a bath! When we selected Vincent he was 22 lbs and we were not expecting Vincent to be almost full grown. It has been a challenge as we thought Vincent was potty trained on the grass but we soon discovered after he pooped and pee in the house. We love our new puppy and he is a very happy boy. We took him to the vet within the 72 hour instructions and were informed he has 3 types of worms which will take several separate doses of medication over the next 3 months. This is not Pawrade's fault but that of the breeders that are apparently not keep as good clean conditions that they portray. More vetting may need to be done on the part of Pawrade to insure we are getting healthy new family members.

We got the puppy we paid for, but the communication throughout the process wasn't great. Nobody ever picks up the phone or calls you back when you leave a message. All comms is done through a weird online chat app, where you have multiple people that don't seem to be aware of what the others are doing and it just mostly sends automated messages. Main point of contact / concierge went on PTO a few days after we purchased and there was no handoff of process to anybody else.
