Everything went fairly smoothly. I had a few glitches. I wish I could’ve had more information from the breeder after my puppy was delivered. The puppy was delivered with no instructions or information from the breeder, which I thought was rather tacky.

The process was caring, professional and thorough. The Pug is a wonderful creature. Energetic, fun and loving. Partialy paper trained. She does #1 great. #2 Is still a challenge but really no problem. What a treat. I would recommend this process to everyone.

Very hard to get someone to answer your calls. Breeder NEVER returned calls. Still hasn’t returned my calls. Area of pickup changed 3 times and ended up being an additional 2 hrs than the original for drive time. My puppy has a hernia, needs repaired and the breeder agreed to pay for the surgery BUT WON’T ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN CALLS. I called and reported the breeder to pawrade and was to have a call back with my concerns and NO ONE FROM PAWRADE CALLED ME BACK! Was told to take my puppy to the vet within 72 hrs of new home which I did and was told it would be covered and reimbursed to me THAT WAS A LIE! I found a vet that is not my original vet to see my puppy the first 72 hrs. Has a hernia that needs repaired. Cost me $93.00 out of pocket. NOT COVERED OR REIMBURSED, was told to file paperwork to MetLife insurance for the 72 hr check up and MetLife said we don’t cover that only sick visits. LIES LIES!! Basically I rescued my puppy from a Backyard Amish breeder puppy mill for $$$!

The delivery for Knox was great .and on time. Are you going to send me paperwork for insurance? that I paid for on him . I took him to the vet within 72 hours after I received Knox. He had a parasite in his stomach diarrhea and parasites.In his ear, and they gave me medication for both ear and stomach

Everything went smoothly except the persons delivering Mae Capone smoked around her. She totally smelled like cigarette smoke. The delivery persons that brought us Al Capone were wonderful they went above and beyond even grooming him. Please DO NOT use the company that delivered Mae Capone.

This was a great process. I had looked online for pug puppies, and I think honestly the site made the process easy. The pictures were great, the people who answered the phones were wonderful and very knowledgeable. We received our dog with all the information on her vaccinations and we have already had our vet check. The dog is beautiful (maybe even better in person than the pictures and videos!). Breeder was great with information and seemed very eager to make a smooth transition with the puppy. Highly recommend.

My puppy was easy to get and came by van. The drivers let us know how they were doing with funny comments and let me specifically know when they would be at my house. The puppy came with all her papers. It was great!

I was afraid that the was going to be a scam because it had happened to me back in 2019. Pawrade is not! When they contacted me and kept me informed every step of the way I was extremely happy. The puppy has received several likes from my doctors, the veterinarian, and people on the street. Pawrade is the best and I would recommend them to everyone!

This is the second puppy we've adopted through Pawrade and the experience was terrific. The team was easy to work with, very thorough with paperwork and health checks, and kept us updated all the way. We picked up the puppy and she is healthy, happy, and well-cared for. I'm not sure how our experience in purchasing two separate puppies with Pawrade could have been better. The process was simple, the continuing communication was very well done, and our updates from both Pawrade and the subsequent handoff to the transport companies was completely reasonable. Both transport companies did a great job of informing us of the puppy's tolerance for travel, eating habits while doing so, and general demeanor. One thing of which buyers should be aware, some transport companies deliver 24/7 which means that your pup might possibly arrive in the middle of the night. This is something that is not mentioned anywhere that I can find on the Pawrade site. The possibility of that was not an issue for me but it could be for some potential buyers so just understand that you must be ready to receive your pup at all hours for arrival. That was the only potential surprise to me but ultimately was not necessary.

We are more than pleased with how our purchase of our little pug puppy was handled. We were kept informed as to what the breeder needed from us and the contract we signed was very clear and professional. Our little boy is exactly what we wanted and everyone was very nice from start to finish. Having our little guy driven out here from Arkansas was also handled very quickly with no problems and no surprises. I highly recommend Pawrade!

Esme who is now Lily is more than we can ask for. Pawrade did a great job answering questions and they were always there to be helpful and reassure me that everything was Ok. Transport went fine, she arrived clean well rested and ready to be cuddled. The biggest drawback was not being able to speak directly with her breeder. There were. Few items that could have helped if I could. Pawrade did try to get the breeder to call me, but unfortunately they just didn’t reach out. I will always use Pawrade if I needed to add to my furbaby family. Thank you so much for making my dream come true! Respectfully, Kathleen and Lily
