We are pretty in love with our little puggle. Pawrade was great. The timing was sooner than expected and my puppy was clearly in great hands. The only thing I would say is the breeder used food that wasn’t local to me so I had to order online. When I mentioned I was nervous I was going to get my puppy before the food arrived I was told I would get a weak supply of food. I literally only got one day supply when the puppy was here. Luckily my food did deliver the same day so I was lucky -but i did feel very disappointed when I initially got the food -clearly the breeder and Pawrade were not align in what to give for a starter food. But everything else was great 😊

FYI: Our puppy arrived with Giardia! Contact the Breeder & the Transport Truck drivers ~ Contaminated water! The drivers were really shady!!! Puppy extremely sick!!!

So happy with our experience with Pawrade. They were so amazing gave us constant updates and all the information we asked for. Our Brelle came to our door sooner than expected. She had her claws trimmed and smelt great. Clean and well taken care of for sure. I would recommend parade to everyone you won't be disappointed. Easy process and fair pricing. Very pleased with my new fur baby. He reminds me so much of my previous Puggle. A little concerned he was itching and scratching his ears. They were dirty and needed cleaning. Had his first bath this morning. Will have his wellness check on Thursday as that is the earliest my vet could see him.

Great experience . Hardest part was the wait time from purchase to delivery ! Puppy arrived as promised and no issues ! I was apprehensive of buying on line site unseen but it was a great experience overall ! People I spoke with were friendly and helpful and returned calls promptly .. the delivery was on time and pup was presented clean and happy ! thank you to all!

We are so happy to have out new fur baby home. He is every bit as adorable as i saw in his picture. We just had to wait about a week longer than normal as the little peanut developed a runny nose. Everyone I dealt with at pawrades was so kind courteous and informative. I will surely recommend them. We had him transported to us and same with them. They kept us informed and were here right when they said they would. This was a very pleasant experience.
