Hello, I am writing to formally raise concerns about the puppy we recently purchased, which was not accurately represented at the time of sale. During the initial veterinary examination, the vet identified a potential heart murmur - a condition that was not disclosed prior to the purchase. This undisclosed health issue may also impact our ability to secure pet insurance. Additionally, the puppy was advertised as approximately 9 weeks old, yet our veterinarian estimates the age to be closer to 12 weeks. These discrepancies have caused us significant disappointment and concern. We request your prompt attention and resolution of this matter. If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, we will be compelled to file a fraud claim with our credit card provider. Thank you for your immediate attention. Sincerely, Jamin Claus

This was a fantastic experience. Tamara which is now Maggie Grace, is doing wonderful. After only having her this short amount of time she is doing excellent with potty training. Hard to believe but only 1 accident. She knows, sit, potty, out of the kitchen. She has 2 cats and another dog sibling, and they are doing good getting to know each other. I love her so. Definitely a mama's girl. She sleeps with us, And she absolutely loves cuddles and laying on me. Thank you so much for helping me get my furry baby girl. We are so blessed. Andrea S.

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a puppy. The team stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process. They kept me informed and updated on flight information and things that I needed to take care of prior to my puppy. Come home.
