Amazing! Communication was so consistent. Every time I asked a question, my questions were answered them respectfully and nicely. They provided us with pictures of our puppy's parents and pictures of her. We bought a Rottweiler and she's full Rottweiler and healthy. She's the sweetest baby girl and amazing!! When we reserved her, it took her about a week for her to arrive! We got all the vaccination records and everything! I would recommend pawrade to anyone! One thing I would say is that she didn't come potty trained (pawrade did let me know that the breeders/owners were working on it) so I assume the potty training wasn't officially completed, and even tho I would've rathered her be potty trained, but I do keep the breeders into consideration about them having the parents and the puppies to take care of, so might've been very overwhelming. We're working on potty training, so we're not upset, she is just a puppy it's very understandable!! She's amazing and pawrade was amazing!

I will never recommend this company to anyone. Your sales team did a fantastic job with constant communication and everything else was a nightmare. I had no say in the transportation or delivery date then find out you had my dog locked in a cage for 4 days straight not touching grass once, urinating and vomiting on himself, terrified out of his mind. I tried contacting the company after he arrived because it was then day 3 he was so traumatized he still had not eaten. This company does not care for animals.

He is very smart but hard to potty train. He knows exactly where to go but hes rebellious and will poop anywhere. How to remedy this situation.

Thank you pawrade ! What an awesome experience. We are in our 60's and have had several pets overtime . From the first contact to the last . The whole process was better than we expected . We met our new family member at the airport cargo drop off . The plane was a little late but we didn't mind waiting for our beautiful precious cargo . Even though she traveled for 16 hours , she greeted us with the best puppy kisses ever ! We just can't thank pawrade enough for such a great experience. Thanks Again , Linda

The service over all is ok. The puppies Banks and Dana were very well cared for and in good shape when we got them. The challenges arose in dealing with the Pawrade team thru the process of contracting, coordinating delivery, and basic scheduling of customer needs and questions. All you get is canned responses from the team that does not address the question you asked or address the customer needs. The contract is very detailed and tight in regards to Pawrad and Paypet. It is very one sided and leaves very little room for any type of discussion or changes to fit a specific need of a customer. For example, delivery of our puppies was scheduled a couple days before the 4th of July weekend. There 72 hour health check up could not be met per there contract due to the holiday. It took 3 wks to get a reasonable response to allow 1 more day in the contract criteria. Your questions are not answered, or referred to another Pawrad team member or just ignored. "Poor customer service"

Great service!!!! Amazing ,fast, easy to accomplish service 100% now in days it's hard to get decent service but with this website amd breeders it's the best I will be purchasing more dogs!!! I'm making my pet into a search and rescue animal evouse she is a fine bloodline that they deserve the best ... even if that means after she becomes a service animal she will have access to the better restaurants and things more than me lol lol 😆
