This was my first time working with Pawrade, I loved the process so much that I gave a referral to a family member and coworker. I love how all the information is given about the future furbaby and their parents. It also was very convenient to have all the different options for delivery or pickup. It helps to work with a company that is friendly and knowledgeable and helps future buyers from any scams or faulty advertising. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I thought the process was pretty good. You have to deal with about 4 different people throughout it all. A few communication problems but not too bad. My only real problem was that the delivery guys are not allowed to walk the dogs (or cats) while enroute. The dogs are basically in a small cage in like a minivan for the entire trip. I think Pawrade should rethink that policy. They need to stretch their legs and take a poop and pee with dignity in my opinion.

Process to reserve a puppy was super easy. And once I reserved I was in constant communication with a liaison to help make the process seamless, who was also very helpful in answering my questions and available every day. I was informed of a expected ETA of the arrival of the puppy and it was correct I was given a time frame and it was in the earlier part of the time frame. If I decide on getting another breed that is available on this site I definitely would do this again.

My puppy is amazing and healthy and beautiful. I received her at about 10 weeks old. She is the puppy in the pictures but the size was a total lie. I was told that my St. Bernard puppy's parents were 165 and 185 lbs. Now at 15 months old, my puppy is barely 85 lbs. She eats quality dry food (Blue) plus 1 - 1 1/2 lbs of ground beef each day. Basically, she is a miniature Saint Bernard. I love her but feel I paid a lot of money for inferior genetics.

Judge arrived safe and sound. He is perfect and we have all fallen in love with him. We changed his name to Sammy. He is settling in nicely, and having fun with his siblings - a 5yo female Saint Bernard named Chloe and 2 shih zhu's, Stryker ( 6) and Todd (12). Thank you so much for bringing so much happiness to us. We love him so much and promise to give him the best life possible.

We are sooooo happy with our new baby!!! Also thanks to you guys the transaction went sooo smoothly, easy. We were able to ask many questions and always got answers! I've asked for the pictures and videos of our baby- and surly enough we got them. The delivery was smooth too! I'm recommending you guys because you make it much easier!!! And the delivery guys have to be great because our CoCo didn't seemed as she was under any stress!!! She came home happy!!! Can't thank you enough!!!

Both drivers were very nice and delivered us a very healthy and happy puppy. Was a little concerned about the time frame of delivery at 1st but Lincoln was just fine after the long trip. They took very good care of him along the way.

We love our puppy! The reason I knocked a star is because the process was not clear when purchasing. You do not talk to the breeder until the dog is being passed to you in person. The concierge can be a bottle neck and slow down the process. Having more information about the process would have helped me along the way. Breeder was awesome and our dog is amazing. Thanks!

I couldn't be more disappointed with this experience. I am so saddened by how my puppy was treated. When we first considered this purchase we called and asked where the breeder was located and were told Missouri. When we asked how we would get the puppy from Missouri we that they have an amazing travel concierge and they take great care of the puppies. We considered driving to Missouri, but were discouraged from doing that because it would be better for the puppy to take a flight and arrive in one day. After we had already paid for the purchase of the puppy and the additional travel purchase, we learned that the $700 doesn't pay for flight travel, but rather having someone drive the puppy to us. We stupidly made the assumption that this meant STRAIGHT to us. The day of travel we learned the route would be MO, OK, TX, NM, AZ, CA, NV, UT, WY and then CO. Our puppy was in his kennel in the van for over 90 hours. Unacceptable! This should absolutely be disclosed by Pawrade before purchase!
