Process to reserve a puppy was super easy. And once I reserved I was in constant communication with a liaison to help make the process seamless, who was also very helpful in answering my questions and available every day. I was informed of a expected ETA of the arrival of the puppy and it was correct I was given a time frame and it was in the earlier part of the time frame. If I decide on getting another breed that is available on this site I definitely would do this again.

My puppy is amazing and healthy and beautiful. I received her at about 10 weeks old. She is the puppy in the pictures but the size was a total lie. I was told that my St. Bernard puppy's parents were 165 and 185 lbs. Now at 15 months old, my puppy is barely 85 lbs. She eats quality dry food (Blue) plus 1 - 1 1/2 lbs of ground beef each day. Basically, she is a miniature Saint Bernard. I love her but feel I paid a lot of money for inferior genetics.

Judge arrived safe and sound. He is perfect and we have all fallen in love with him. We changed his name to Sammy. He is settling in nicely, and having fun with his siblings - a 5yo female Saint Bernard named Chloe and 2 shih zhu's, Stryker ( 6) and Todd (12). We are sooooo happy with our new baby!!! Also thanks to you guys the transaction went sooo smoothly, easy. We were able to ask many questions and always got answers! I've asked for the pictures and videos of our baby- and surly enough we got them. The delivery was smooth too! I'm recommending you guys because you make it much easier!!! And the delivery guys have to be great because our CoCo didn't seemed as she was under any stress!!! She came home happy!!! Can't thank you enough!!!

Both drivers were very nice and delivered us a very healthy and happy puppy. Was a little concerned about the time frame of delivery at 1st but Lincoln was just fine after the long trip. They took very good care of him along the way.

We love our puppy! The reason I knocked a star is because the process was not clear when purchasing. You do not talk to the breeder until the dog is being passed to you in person. The concierge can be a bottle neck and slow down the process. Having more information about the process would have helped me along the way. Breeder was awesome and our dog is amazing. Thanks!

I couldn't be more disappointed with this experience. I am so saddened by how my puppy was treated. When we first considered this purchase we called and asked where the breeder was located and were told Missouri. When we asked how we would get the puppy from Missouri we that they have an amazing travel concierge and they take great care of the puppies. We considered driving to Missouri, but were discouraged from doing that because it would be better for the puppy to take a flight and arrive in one day. After we had already paid for the purchase of the puppy and the additional travel purchase, we learned that the $700 doesn't pay for flight travel, but rather having someone drive the puppy to us. We stupidly made the assumption that this meant STRAIGHT to us. The day of travel we learned the route would be MO, OK, TX, NM, AZ, CA, NV, UT, WY and then CO. Our puppy was in his kennel in the van for over 90 hours. Unacceptable! This should absolutely be disclosed by Pawrade before purchase!

We are overjoyed at the service we received through Pawrade! We just goy our most special little Sophia (formerly Katrina). We have been in love with her since we saw her picture! The breeder did a phenomenal job in raising her the first 9 weeks of her life bc she has the sweetest disposition. We love our girl and were told by the vet she had great physical features (important on a Saint Bernard, especially hips/legs) and appreciated the fact her nails had been clearly taken care of. Shows they care!! She has a wonderful disposition too. The only thing I would have liked is the microchip info. The vet had no info other than it could be one of 4-6 different companies. I have no way to get it registered in our name. Minor issue maybe but overall we are very happy!!

Pretty solid. A bit of miscommunication surrounding the start date for his departure date (pampered ground transportation). I was a bit concerned about the long trip but a happy, energetic and hungry puppy arrived non the worse for wear.

Wags on Wheels used the Life360 app to allow my family to watch our puppy's travels and get ready for arrival. They had my little Jordan in their arms walking up to my home for delivery and all his paperwork. Super easy and professional and you can tell with love and care. We even got a few text updates throughout their ride.

I have to say the initial purchase process was not a great experience but the following interactions with Tom were great. I have to give special thanks to Lindsay W!!!!!! She made us feel like we were the only family getting a puppy. She took the time to correspond with us daily even if we hadn't sent a message needing answers to questions. She sent updated pictures from the breeder in answer to my concern regarding the actual size of the Saint Bernard puppy that would be with us within a couple days so we could make sure we had everything the puppy needed. She never left us wondering what was happening next or when.
