1.firstly, everyone I worked with were great. They did their best to help me out. 2. The whole process is confusing. It was not clearly laid out and as things changed, it became more difficult to follow. 3. My questions were not answered and some calls were recorded. That is insulting and overly litigious and alienating. 4. It sounds like your company is a puppy mill, not a pass through for breeders. I wanted to speak with the breeder after Maverick died but it never happens. How can a breeder permit a sick puppy to even be available. Puppies do not just die because of low sugar. What an excuse. 5. The invoicing process was a mess. The invoices had incorrect totals and it was difficult to keep track of what I actually paid. 6. I was told that my puppy had an AKC heritage but when I asked for the Sire and Dame registration numbers as well as the puppy, numbers, nothing was communicated-not even a confirmation that I requested. 7. The puppy had giardia and I got it as well.

Pawrade was so scary easy. I mean scary as it was very difficult to put faith into a 3rd party company in helping us find our next addition to the family. The moment they picked up the phone I felt a little at ease. However, every one of the members at Pawrade made it very easy and warming and carried thru each step of the way. I was ALWAYS well informed of what was going on. I was rest assured of the background checks they do on every one of there breeders. I say this gladly, but I hope I never have to use them again as I feel positive they have delivered me my pet that will be with us for a very long time. This entire process of adopting my new fur baby was fantastic. It couldn't have gone better. Pawrade made this easy and we're there every step of the way. The concierge were wonderful with their prompt responses and always provided detailed information. The breeder clearly was very experienced, as this wonderful little ball of fur is amazing. She has shown no signs of separation anxiety. She is very social and friendly, and extremely loving as well as loveable. She's so perfect! The transportation company organized through Pawrade was such a positive experience. To be able to track her journey on the Life360 app was so fun. Their text message updates were appreciated and funny at the same time. When I received my little fur baby she was so clean and fresh, which I was not expecting with her journey. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience and bringing this beautiful fur baby into my life. Your service is seamless and that's unusual and invaluable in todays world.
