Pepper (changed his name from Elijah) arrived at 4:00 am. I can’t thank Express puppies for his safe delivery. He was very timid at first, but I can see he is adapting to his forever home. He ate & drank this morning and finally came out of his kennel. He is actually sleeping with his head on my lap. Please let the Breeder known I thank her for him. Everything I was told was not necessarily the truth. I was told that I would get a call as soon as my puppy was in route, and this was not so. I was told that the drivers would call me periodically and that did not happen. On the website it said that this dog was housebroken and cat friendly. Neither of these are true. Although I've already fallen in love with the dog, I have a long road ahead of me to undo 6 months of not being housebroken. I am not necessarily happy with this service. Also, during yesterday's vet wellness checkup I was informed that there is no record of the dog having had his kennel cough shot. I was informed at the dog was not even going to be allowed to travel without a kennel cough shot, so this makes me somewhat nervous also. Overall, the people that I did communicate with were very nice and friendly, but I do think there should be more communication during the transportation process.

There were many moments I was concerned about fraud. I was concerned about the lack of accountability when I didn’t get information in a timely manner. Considering we were driving 9 hours that was unsettling. We love our new family member and am grateful everything worked out. Scams run rampant it was difficult to fully trust this process. I apologized to Tara because I was becoming concerned we were being scammed.

The adoption process through Parade was easy and the communication from the team was very helpful. I struggled with the communication process around the delivery. "Once the puppy is safely on board & and settled (can be anytime throughout the day), the driver will reach out with an ETA for delivery as well as provide any updates along their journey home to your door. If you have not heard from the transport carrier by the next day, please let us know." I did receive my departure notification with a 2-3 day delivery window. I did not receive updates along the way. Even with repeated requests for a better ETA, I didn't receive a call until 7:30PM on the third day and they arrived at just after 9PM. My dog arrived happy and healthy, and the communication regarding the delivery could have been much better.

If I could give a zero, I would. I purchased a Schnoodle puppy that I was told was in perfect health. When I took my puppy to the Vet, it was discovered that he had an umbilical hernia and an undescended testicle. He also hopped like a bunny. He did not like straightening his rear legs. He required three incisions during his neutering: one for neutering, one to repair an umbilical hernia, and one because his undescended testicle was difficult to reach. When I reached out to Pawrade. I was offered to return the puppy, and I could get a replacement. Are you kidding me? My dogs are my children and you just do not exchange. After I declined that offer, I was given $150 refund for this poor puppies issues and added surgical expense. By time he was almost one, his legs worsened. He needed surgery. After surgery, I contacted Pawrade and they said his condition didn't meet their health quarantee and no refund would be given. BEWARE-DO NOT BUY FROM PAWRADE, they are just a brokerage and LIARS!

Very professional and personal. Always kind and quick to respond to questions and concerns. Finalizing the transfer of ownership and figuring out how to upload first vet appt. Docs were a bit confusing but other than that a very smooth well organized process. We now have the sweetest pup EVER and love her to pieces!!!!!!

We are pleased with Pawrade's process. However, the breeder could have taken better care of Ginger's ears. At her first vet visit required, Genesis aka Ginger had yeast infections in both ears. Its a good thing Pawrade requires a vet visit within 72 hours. Also, the guys with Wags On Wheels, Jason and Lem, were awesome. They were here right when then said they would be and I followed them on Life 360 the whole way from Joplin, MO to our front door. Ginger arrived safely just very exhausted from the long drive.

Almost everyone was helpful except the man who tild me that I had to start the whole process again because I put a hold on the puppy because I had some further questions
