Outstanding experience. Especially considering puppy stores are banned in New York and I didn't want to support a puppy-mill from another state. From start to finish this was an excellent experience. I found the perfect puppy! They even sent me extra pictures from the breeder until he arrives. I would highly recommend Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Really outstanding. So happy with my puppy and extremely satisfied with Pawrade.

She is adorably. Our vet saw her on Friday and said that she is very healthy. Today both of her ears are standing. She chases our other scottie. We love her.

Everything we were told about delivery was false. We were told pickup of the puppy would be within a week of purchase and delivery would take 2-3 days. We ended up getting the puppy 3 weeks later. The pickup got moved out over a week and when they finally delivered her it took 5 days to drive from Kansas to Florida. Also, every ETA we got was wrong. Started at Saturday but that turned into Sunday evening, which turned into 5 am Monday morning. The driver went to the wrong house and then when he did pull up, he didnt even come to the door. My wife went out to wave him down and he just got out and handed the puppy to her and left. He was supposed to get a valid ID from the purchaser, which was me. Basically, he handed over the puppy to a unverified stranger on the street at 5 am. If ANY of these things were communicated to me was possible, I would have flew to Kansas 3 weeks earlier and got her myself. We googled the driver's name and number and he had multiple bad reviews.

I thought everything went well. The only thing that happened was that she had Kennel Cough, which she either had, or had contact with another dog with whooping cough on her travels here. Other wise great. She's better now and really cute.

We had a really great experience upon first inquiring about our puppy. The process was smooth and easy, however it seemed that after payment, communication seems to die off. We were still getting responses, but they were pretty slow - which is concerning when you just paid so much money. Eventually, we were able to get an update on his travels and when he would be picked up. Unfortunately, the communication between the Pawrade Team and the travel team was pretty frustrating, but when it was ironed out, talking to the travel team was still very difficult. I'm not saying we had a bad experience, but at times it was really frustrating and made us think we had made the wrong decision and that we were getting scammed or something.

Puppy was received as stated. Initial wellness exam showed no negative signs and puppy to be in good health. Fecal sample provided. Flotation test revealed both parasites for Girardia and Coccidia. Treatment to begin later today. Recommend that paperwork be consolidated into limited files. PetPay instructions not entirely clear and some duplicated Pawrade's.

I felt comfortable from the start, despite having never gotten a puppy “long distance “ before. The transport went smoothly- I was updated frequently and even had a video of my puppy enjoying her travel. Arrival to my home was within 15 minutes of the ETA, and Bonnie was clean, active, healthy and adorable!

Our first puppy concierge Kelly did a great job explaining things and getting us a zoom meeting with the breeder. Then we were a little surprised when you wanted 100% of the funds for a reservation since in your contract you would keep 50% of anything if we were to pull out. It made it seem like a puppy mill scam to pay everything upfront. That was a worry for us. We are glad it worked out. We would've preferred half upfront and half on receipt. You would do well to tweak your procedures after the money changes his hands, we were led to believe we were on quite the fast track and made arrangements to travel on Monday. Having received an email on Sunday. This turned out to be very much too quick. it would be better if you gave an accurate timeline of what needs to be done between the payment and the pick up. All things considered, we would recommend you to someone who was looking for a pedigree puppy.

I'm impressed with Pawrade, I would definitely adopt another puppy through this company only being that this was my family's first time with a puppy, the entire experience ensured us that we would not get scammed this why we took a chance with this company because their team does the work for you which made our adoption experience smooth sailing. So far our puppy is very healthy and we love him so much ❤️ he is an absolute sweetheart and very happy with his new family. We are in the process of potty training which isn't that bad he's a smart pup! When he arrived he did have a mild case of kennel cough so we've been giving him warm water with honey, his cough is now less then it was before. His was Payton online but we changed his name to Tux. Thanks Pawrade for all your hard work!! We will be back for a Westie :)

I received my sweet Scottish Terrier on 3/17/2023. My experience in his purchase was pleasant, but once I recieved him, I had some grave concerns about my purchase. I was given 2 different birth dates, and, I was instructed to have a well visit check up within 72 hours of receiving him. The paper work instructs NO VACCINES for 10-days because the breeder has the puppy delivered fully vaccinated. When my Vet did the well checkup visit, and, is the Vet that will be caring for the our puppy, they disagreed that the puppy had received all the necessary vaccines to protect from illness. I was never provided the kennel name during the purchase process. When I received the puppy, the kennel name was on the vet report. I looked up the kennel and it's reputation. I was very disappointed to see the kennel fell under a list of reported puppy mills. Pawrade advertises they DO NOT use puppy mills. We were disceived?
