We were so happy to hear that Rylee was going to be here sooner than we thought. I know this weather is not the greatest right now all over. Here in Florida, we are having crazy cold days and nights, but we were able get her here sooner. The drivers had to change their routes because of it. They were great in keeping in touch on when they were leaving and when they were going to be close to bring Kylee to us. She is a cutie!!!. She likes sleeping in your lap, nibbles on your fingers . We also love her name, we are staying with it. Thank you all so much for your helping us.

A very different experience, very friendly, always answered my questions.had a slight problem with food the puppy was eating but breeder sent plenty with Ella for a week so I had time to order some. She is a great little girl. Love her to pieces & so do my other 2 dogs Thank you.

What a happy surprise to see the puppy delivered so beautifully. He smelled so clean and fresh like he just went to the dog parlor. Everything went smooth; the puppy is happy, playful, and affectionate. He most definitely was very well taken care of by the breeder. I highly recommend Pawrade.

Harper’s name was changed to Harlow. She arrived at 11:30pm she was a little nervous and tired. But this morning, she ate a little bit of food and drink water. She is so beautiful and I think she will be a precious addition to my family. She sleep in her own furniture-like crate/gate with lamb toy. Still sleeping on and off. Going to veterinarian in a few hours.

It’s only difficult because you can’t meet your pet in advance to judge their temperament and their behavior. The more information you can provide in this regard the better. I have been waiting to adopt the right second Shetland Sheepdog from Pawrade. Amber was very helpful in starting the process once I saw and wanted Brie. But I was surprised to be assigned a very unhelpful individual from Customer Service. After speaking to Pawrade they immediately assigned me to Lois. Lois was a true professional person and was so glad to hear her supportive demeanor. Reagean was my Travel Concierge and made it happen to have my puppy be delivered early week. The best was today when Wags On Wheels delivered Brie early morning. The two young men were truly caring of the puppies.

The process was simple yet complicated, hence the three star review. The company needs to streamline some of its communications. On top of being contacted by at least seven individuals from Pawrade during my transaction, it's now more complicated by having to deal with Metlife Insurance and their agents. I adore my puppy and could never leave a negative review because he's exactly as advertised, the process was just a little overboard. As well as the push to fill out a stupid survey as though it's the business model.

The staff and breeder were absolutely delightful and did everything to ensure My beautiful puppy was delivered safe, happy and well cared for. However; the limited accommodations made the process extremely stressful. There wasn’t a way to pay by cash electronically. I suggest they use a cash app similar to Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. If it wasn’t for that slight glitch I would have given Parade five gleaming stars. My five star rating has a very faint tarnish… But obviously one I can deal with. The problem is a system issue and not a people or professional issue.
