Everything was fantastic. It felt like a risk spending so much money for a puppy so far away, but the transaction went very smoothly. The communication was excellent throughout the process, and even though they were coming all the way from Missouri to Washington state, the trip only took a few days. Most importantly, our new puppy arrived healthy and happy and had clearly been well taken care of on the trip. Thank you so much to all the wonderful folks at Pawrade for making this such a great experience!

This would have been 5 star just based on initial conversations with Cynthia- if not for her, this might not have happened. She is kind and patient and didn't push at all. Towards the end, Reagean almost made me walk away from the whole thing. She called a couple days before scheduled travel to inform me that Emma had an umbilical hernia. I didn't know anything about that condition and was alarmed and asked questions. She sent a waiver for me to sign showing I was aware of this pre existing condition, the form was very "legal" sounding like a liability issue. I called my vet to understand what this was, and they asked for the Dr's notes to be able to determine the severity. Reagan was reluctant and I didn't hear back for a day-i emailed and she called and said that she would try, but if i was concerned, i could just get another dog from the breeder as I had already paid. She does not have the skills to communicate appropriately in this business, maybe better suited to sell furniture.

Customer service UNAVAILABLE when puppy arrived on Saturday night. Message left from Pawrade rep Sunday unintelligible and cut off. No response Monday for message left for Emily Wood customer laison. Zero support after puppy arrived. The puppy is spectacular. EXACTLY as pictured. Excellent health according to puppy check

It was such an easy and pleasurable experience getting our fur baby Nanette. From the first day I saw her profile on Pawrade website, reserving her and getting her home Pawrade stayed in contact the entire time. They got back to me wherever I reached out to them with a question. Nanette's nanny Moussa kept me updated on her travel the entire time and was super friendly at the time of drop off. I would definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a fur baby.

Very pleased with my furry friend.! The communication was great and very informative. My deliver was great as well. I was kept updated on the arrival of my puppy. The process starts off great everyone is communicating then after we paid it seemed like we were on our own waiting for the pickup date. We weren't contacted hardly at all until the day before our pickup date and that message was simply a name and number for the breeder. We didn't know when the pup was going to the veterinarian, if it passed the exam etc..., and we were trying to make arrangements for travel. It would be very helpful if the customer was kept informed about the goings on during the process. I understand sometimes things happen and changes need to be made but being left in the dark doesn't work well for the customer. We really felt like we were on an island waiting for the pup with minimal information. Communication needs to improve greatly for this process to work for all party's involved.

Gruff arrived to our home on Thursday. The home delivery was perfect. He arrived safe, happy, and clean. When he arrived he had tons of kisses to share with us. Gruff has settled in and has adapted to his new home and his puppy schedule. Great applauds to the Breeder of Gruff. It is very obvious Gruff was loved. Crate training and potty training was started which made it very helpful. We took him to the vet and he received a clean health report. Gruff now called Jasper is like he always lived here with us. We cannot imagine life without him. Thank you Pawrade!

We have changed our babies name to Rosie. We are so happy with her and glad she is living with. This company is definitely a a great company. The people are so friendly and professional. We love our new puppy. She's perfect....smart, very social and as cute as a button. We had a good experience with Pawrade. A few of the representatives were very helpful (Hannah and Kelley, especially) when I had questions before and after getting our puppy. The only issues that my husband and I had was the length of time it took to receive a return call from our Pawrade conscierge and the resistance we got when we wanted to speak directly with the breeder after we purchased her. We had specific questions about THIS puppy and I never was able to speak directly with the breeder to receive the answers. It was as if Pawrade felt that we would undermine them or that there was something they were trying to hide. It made us have doubts about the purchase. In the end, however, we couldn't be happier with our little Lucie. The written instructions which we received from Pawrade were helpful.
