If I could leave zero stars, I would. I will never recommend Pawrade to anyone as a way to find a health puppy. They do not vet their breeders well. I received a sick puppy with Giardia and a bad yeast infection. Their contract does not allow for any return or refunds, which is horrible customer service and support. When a customer spends thousands of dollars for a puppy, they do not expect it to be sick. I am certain that the puppy I received (James) is not the first or only sick puppy sold to unsuspecting buyers. It's a shame Pawrade doesn't offer better support of their paying customers. They clearly are only in a puppy mill business for money and do not care about their customer's satisfaction.

Very pro-active with reserving my pup, accommodated with my desired date of arrival, wonderful communication throughout the process, and really appreciated that the delivery folks brought her to my door! Totally in love with her already, and it hasn't even been 24 hours yet!

Very pleased with the entire process. We are thoroughly enjoying our new Shihpoo. There is nothing negative I can say about Pawrade. Quick responses to my questions. Healthy puppy that was already pad trained. She still has accidents but for the majority she goes to the pads. If I had to come up with a negative, honestly the only thing would be that there are so many adorable puppies. That makes it difficult to choose.

Received our puppy with a 5/6 grade heart murmur. The Vet report we received was bogus. The vet had no record of our new puppy. Surgery is between $4,000 and $6,000.

I am very pleased with the process in which Pawrade demonstrated the transition from Breeder to my home! Pixie..aka Jezzy is a wonderful addition here with her 2 older sisters. They have been allowing her to snuggle and been very accepting of her. She is absolutely adorable. Her 1st vet is tomorrow! They are going to love her there as well. I know I am in love. She is a great puppy! Thank You for making sure everything went as trouble free as It did! I know it wasn't an easy drive fir the transporters as it was snowing here in NH. Thank you again! Muchelle

I love my dog. Just a few suggestions. She showed up at 230 a.m. because the courier was running late. She had no collar and came with absolutely nothing. No travel blanket or stuffed animal to comfort her. 4 days seems a long time to just have her in a crate without comfortable, familiar items. Having the ability to be prepared for similar potty training techniques was also not the best. I don’t believe that I have received her vaccination records from Pawrade. I had to get them from the breeder. Nor was there any microchip information (because she wasn’t microchipped, as promised). Breeder reimbursed me $75 for this.

Overall I found the whole process smooth yet somewhat disconnected. The initial transaction was personable and professional. However after that, the different factions of the process ie; insurance, travel, etc. was not smooth. I found the different messages that I received was confusing as to whether I was being informed to do something or was being done by someone else and being informed. All in all better communication would be helpful. We are so happy with our Lucy (Bailey). She is the sweetest, most lovable puppy there is.
