You send a 7 month old puppy in heat for a 2 day van ride across the country? And didn’t tell me she is in heat! I asked 3 times to speak with her breeder beforehand - never happened. Maybe he would have mentioned it. Room for improvement for sure.

Transaction was good, the driver that brought the Puppies were wonderful. Instead of more food of which I had already purchased some based on requirements, it would have been bice to have a collar or harness that fit. The first two I bought after receiving the puppy didn't fit because she was so small. And she was 6 months old.

Our experience with Pawrade was easy and straightforward. From the time we inquired about Ollie (now Waffles), through him being checked out by the breeder and transported to us, we felt like there was good communication. We did end up reaching out to the transportation team on the day he was supposed to arrive and they were quick to respond and set our expectations. Our puppy arrived very early the next morning and he is the BEST puppy we could have ever hoped for. Our boys absolutely adore him, as do we! Thank you Pawrade and the breeder for everything you did to ensure a happy, safe and healthy boy for us!

I was a bit nervous about doing this online but my daughter suggested it and I thought I would give it a try. When I selected Tessy, it was wonderful from the very beginning. They got back to me to let me know Tessy was still available and gave me the next steps. All very helpful, very friendly. I was not available to take her at the time she was delivered, so I asked to delay delivery and the breeder had no problem keeping her for a few more weeks with a very minimal charge. I was very anxious to see how she was doing during that time and they communicated with breeder, sent me a current video and new weight. When delivery was scheduled, it was very fast. They travel 24/7 so it is easier on the pet. It was amazing to receive our little Tessy from loving people! We are on day 5 and Tessy is at least 85% potty trained. She is beautiful, a great, fun personality and a cuddle girl! Just what the doctor ordered for me. I am absolutely amazed at how well this went! Thank you!

The people at Pawrade where very friendly, professional and helpful with every step of the process. If I had any questions at all they where quick to answer. Our little guy arrived at our front door with friendly transport team. They were amazing and keep us updated all the way. He was clean, happy little Shih Tzu. I would recommend the Pawrade team any day to anyone looking to add a new four legged family member any day.
