I started out impressed with the way this company handeled the whole process of adopting a dog from a breeder. It was my first time doing this. But when it came time to pick up our puppy, the travel pet nanny was unable to make the first flight and then again it happened a few days later because they have to fly stand by. I would have rather just flown to Arkansas myself and picked him up. The stress of not knowing if he was able to make it to the breeder to pick up our dog and then make it stand by to drop him off to us was frustrating. Also had to stay overnight, must have been a lot on the dog. Don't think I would use them again. But we love our puppy and happy he finally made it to us!!!

Ernie is doing great! Eating, drinking, playing!. I gave him a warm bath upon arrival and have given him the Nutri-Cal last night and this morning. He absolutely loves being snuggled! He did well sleeping last night in the crate/kennel we have set up in our living room! Thank you very much!!

Best Experience ever buying a dog. I was on a cruise ship when I order my Shih Tzu pup Parker. We are over the moon in love with our new puppy. Her new name is Daisy everybody I spoke with and dealt with, were very helpful and kind Lloyd our dog handler delivered her to us, and I even reached out to him hours later.
