The adoption process was very easy. My only negative experience was with the Wags on Wheels transportation of my puppy. She travelled from MO to Houston to Mississippi to the Panhandle of FL to the West Coast of FL then to South FL before comoing to Atlanta. That was WAY to long of a journey for a young puppy IMO! I would NEVER use their services again!

This was one of the easiest and best transactions I ever had to take part in. The wat you kept in touch with me and called to give information about my puppy was wonderfully done. If I had questions they were answered in good time. I mean I would do it again if I ever want a second dog and I would give your information out to any of my friend and family looking to get a puppy. Thank you soooo much. I am in love with my little guy just after 2 days with him. Thank you you for filling the missing part of my life after losing my boy last year.

Overall, the process was great, though when asked to upload pictures or documents on the message board, there wasn't a link to do so. Also, some of the checklist instructions from Pawrade and Petpay were either confusing or didn't seem to agree.

Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional, making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Our puppy arrived at our home happy, healthy, and full of personality. Every interaction with folks from this company was wonderful! Lois was especially fabulous to work with!!!! The only downside to using this site is the cost. The cost of the puppies was outrageous and the cost of having them delivered was seriously overpriced . However the drivers were excellent...Jason kept in close contact during the entire ride . I love my puppies!

Very very impressed!! This was a very protected way for me to purchase and amazing puppy. I felt very confident with every step. Pawrade walked me through this process to protect me, and to protect the breeder from and scams. I trusted the entire process!! The breeders and betted, which gave me confidence. And the breeder had confidence that I would be a good puppy parent. Our vet said that our new puppy was be of the strongest puppies he had seen. Not one issue with the whole process!! Very satisfied and will tell all my friends! Our little Rudy, Shitzu is doing so well, we adore her!!! The breeder was top notch!
