I am so happy to have my new pup, Declan (now called Benny) home with us forever. My shorkie of 14 years, Buddy passed away Dec 2025, and it had been a long time since I'd gone through the pup adption process, but Pawrade made everything so easy and guided. They provided me with really helpful resources and were communicative through every set of the way. I was so lucky to be able to to welcome Benny home on New Years Day 2026 and have nothing but great things to say about the entire Pawrade team and well as the transport team who took care of him during his Journey home. Very nervous using a website and paying so much upfront. But it was a relatively worry free process. We received our puppy roughly 3 to 4 weeks after i first reserved her. People from both pawrade and the travel department communicated with me very promptly. We've taken our little one for her first vet visit. Everything checked out fine. She is cuddly, very feisty and already capturing the hearts of everyone in our family!!

We would go through y’all again, if we were to get Emmie aka Kelly a sibling. Our only disappointment was the so called 30 day health insurance. Since we live in SC we were excluded from this advertised benefit. However, told we could purchase insurance. After speaking with representative, we declined. We will look elsewhere for insurance. Since felt like this was a “Bait & Switch”. Love our little girl, so thank you for help.

I received Phoebe, a nine week old Shorkie on September 1st. She is an absolutely sweet and loving puppy. It amazes me how something so tiny is so loving and trusting. I am truly in love. I was nervous at first to order a puppy like this. You hear so many horror stories of scams and such. I am pleased to say the whole experience has been wonderful. We have renamed Kendra to Roxy! She is spectacular! She was cuddly and in love with us from the very first second and she immediately stole our hearts! She had a bath (she wasn't thrilled) and got a perfectly healthy assessment at her wellness check at the vet today! Michael and Martin clearly took great care of her while driving her to us, and they were great about corresponding each day to let us know of their progress. We cn't believe she is so tiny! What a sweetie! Thank you all for a great experience!

We could not be more pleased with our beautiful new family addition. Keiko (Savanna) easily settled into our family and is just a bundle of joy. I would highly recommend Pawrade. He got here last night. He is just a doll. He has been to the groomers this morning. Just loves to play, he is eating exceptionally well, goes outside side to do his business every two hours. Sleeps with me with no problem. Everyone in the neighborhood has been here to see him. Follows me all over the house. Tomorrow we go to the vet, grocery shopping and a few other stops. He goes into the stores with me. Just got really attached to him. He is a people puppy . He likes his food with a little warm water on it. He is a gem.

Where do I start...From the moment I saw my fur baby, a Shorkie, Bandit, on the Pawrade website through the delivery to his forever home with us, the entire experience was simply awesome!! Beginning with Tony, the Puppy Concierge and first point of contact, Renee, the Travel Concierge, Lindsay, the Health Concierge, and Silas and Karen, the drivers from Wags on Wheels delivery service, the entire team was a seamless coordination, of loving care and professionalism, devoted to assuring the well-being of Bandit. I definitely have to give props to the breeder for such a good this little guy, he arrived healthy, a cuteness overload!! I can't say enough good things, give enough accoloades on my experience with Pawrade, which, by-the-way, this is the second puppy that I've purchase from the organization this year, a Cavapoo, Atlas, in May. I would highly recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to purchase a puppy for all the reasons I stated. 5 Stars x's two!! 😊😊😊😊😊
