The process was pretty easy I did as for information about his time in a crate and potty training but never got reply. Even after he arrived no response. We did not receive his vaccination papers, we did not receive his registration papers and his health papers were for a dog named Billy. When we researched the breeder he was offering our dog on another site for 1400$ less. The name was Billy but his photos and birthday were the same. We do question if this is puppy mill. The puppy shows the signs of being a milled dog. The breeder is USDA licensed so we are left with questions. I don’t think we will recommend this site to anyone. What went well at first ended when the puppy arrived. It’s sad really. You just can’t trust people anymore. Our puppy is doing great. He is a sweetheart.

Overall satisfactory. Things moved along quickly and efficiently. My one point of frustration is that it appears some of the training and behaviors listed on the pup information does not appear to be the case such as indoor and outdoor bathroom training and socializing.

We received our happy and healthy puppy yesterday! She is a 12 week old husky. She’s beautiful! Very calm and very snuggly. The delivery went very smooth. They even got to my house early! I could tell that they gave her a little bit of Benadryl or something to keep her calm on the trip because she was very tired when she got to my house, but that’s understandable. She is the sweetest little baby and we are so happy to have our new addition to the family. Thank you so much pawrade for providing us with such a sweet baby girl! We are so happy! My daughter couldn’t be happier to have a new best friend. I definitely recommend using pawrade if you’re looking for a new puppy! The communication was awesome as well. They answered all of my questions and they stayed in touch with me the entire time.

We were not made aware that at nine weeks old, he would still have his dewclaws. This is our second dog we have adopted from the same breeder. Our first dog did not have their dewclaws when she was delivered. The second Dog has his dewclaws at nine weeks old. Unacceptable for the price we paid.

I’m very pleased with my new puppy. Just what I was looking for and he’s very happy and fun to be around. He really likes to play and run around. He is very healthy and his behavior is good for a puppy, but will need some work which is expected.

Pawrade was excellent in many ways - communication, transparency, advice & guidance for adoption. Our puppy purchase went exactly as expected with no issues at all. She is beautiful and healthy. Pawrade kept me in the loop and I liked that all the communication was in one place. My only struggle is 1 - they are by far more expensive than competitor sites with similar services, considerably more expensive. And 2 - at no time are you communicating directly w/ the breeder. When purchasing a puppy sight unseen, being able to connect with and build a relationship with the breeder goes a long way to getting to know your puppy before he/she gets home and building confidence in the very big choice you are making. I do wish there were a way to communicate directly with the breeder at some point in the process. I would think the breeder would want to know about the family adopting their dog as well. Thanks for bringing us together with our newest member of the family.

Amazing transaction. Always skeptical about breeders and online transactions but pawrade does an amazing job utilizing petpay for payment and Wags on Wheels for transportation. Both services truly incredible. Transport took three days however I got to track pup through every state. Showed up healthy and fresh bath from them. Wags on Wheels is an incredible transportation service . Pawrade is an awesome site to find your forever friend
