Wow wow…. The BEST PET SERVICE EVER!!! So… Our boys wanted another dog ( Siberian husky)puppy. We have the space now , so we started looking for puppy's and came across a local place that's Well known here in Atl . They wanted 6k for a puppy!!! Same breed, I'm like Nope!!! Hello, I'm a little disappointed. This pet was delivered to me at 3 am with a yeast infection and parasites.

Puppies can contract these microscopic parasites by simply playing in the grass and even just drinking water. Pawrade was really good about some things and not so good with others, but at least they're not trying to scam you like 99% of everyone else out there so that's 4 stars for me. They were great about getting a video call with the dog and offering multiple means of transportation and answering most questions. Sometimes though they were slow or unresponsive to message. And they duped us with the ground transportation option making it sound like it was affordable and direct to us but as soon as we paid for it they said it could take up to 7 days of travel time because it's a van full of puppies, AND this van only takes off 3x a month on specific days. In all we waited about 12 days after payment. We would have gone for the flight if we knew that was the case.

Delivery was wonderful, Cara was very happy and healthy when she got here. Her records and everything was included. The transaction was full of great communication and the breeder let me know everything. Best transaction I've made in my life with our furry addition to our happy family. Pawrade alone work well all the time to answer any questions and make all transactions safe with pet pay. Just like Paypal, it makes all transactions safe. You're in great paws! ;)

Buying the puppy was easy, delivery was a nightmare. I've tried to leave this review 3 times now and every time I try it errors out so I'm not writing any details because apparently that is what causes it to error out.

Audra, we aware you tried to reach the travel company early in the day via text and phone but they were unresponsive. Our drivers do not use the phone while they are transporting and may only do so in the evenings while they are stopped. We know they called you back later that evening to answer all your questions and are happy to know Jack arrived happy & healthy.

The overall experience using Pawrade has been a positive. I would definitely recommend using them for any future adoptions. Easy to work with, was provided constant communication about each step of the process. I like that they take all the precautions needed to make sure the health of each puppy. The only part I can see room for improvement is the handling of the puppy on the airport's part. The location where the puppy was being held was warehouse that was not climate controlled and the puppy was really hot and didn't have any water.

It turned out that went so well I decided to do it again and everything worked out great. Onyx was delivered to my door. Pawrade did a great job giving us a list of everything we would need to be prepared. That said, we went out and bought the specified food for our pups only to have them delivered with a different type of food. Also we were told the puppies would come with a blanket and toy that smelt like mom; didn't happen. Pups are awesome though and I'm glad we were able to get what we wanted.

First of all I would really like to thank Peter for being so helpful throughout this process, I had alot of questions during my buying process and of course one of my main concern was if this site was legit, I've never bought a dog online so this was very new to me. Peter set up a video call with the breeder and I and that made me feel better about this. ( My boyfriend and I personally went to Indiana to get Koco (pax) ) He is now 6 months and everything has been wonderful with him and he's growing up so quickly! when we got him he was 5 lb's now he is 60'lbs

We love Cain! He is an awesome puppy! He did come to us with a white/yellow stool and we took him to Lakeview Animal Clinic like we were instructed to do in 72 hours. They said he has giardia, but the vet says it is common and easy to fix. If I recall it is covered under the pet health guarantee. So, I am waiting for a phone call from Petpay and then I will be picking up his medications shortly. Other than that he is a perfectly happy puppy healthy, loving, sweet, and very playful!
