We are very happy with our puppy. The process was a bit scary because you request a lot of personal data. The puppy transport was very good. The Met life insurance I personally do not find its helpful or needed. We took our puppy to the vet the same day we received her. And the insurance doesn't pay for routine care or vaccinations. Just emergencies and then only a percentage. Your staff members were very good with me even when I was difficult with them over some of the personal requirements. So kudos to them. Joseph Ness really took his time with me and helped a lot. If it wasn't for him we probably would have given up. It was most helpful to Skype with the breeder and actually see our puppy for real. Paige is settling in working on potty training. She has a lot of spunk. But is so darn cute. We are so happy with her. Thank You!

Pawrade was great in communication and a selection of adorable puppies. I love my puppy and he is so smart . So Pleased with him and your service! True Grit transport was not 5 stars. They had many delays due to weather but were not so forthcoming with updates. I asked for a picture of my dog one day when there was another delay and did not receive one. How hard is it to send a photo with a phone? He was supposed to arrive December 29th and I did not receive him until 11:30 at night Monday January 3.

It was a good experience all around. Everyone involved was very helpful and responsive. The breeder, Adrian, obviously did a great job with Cola. He has far exceeded our expectations in that he has not cried or whined at night and it's like he came house trained. He is the easiest puppy we have ever had. We fell in love with him at first sight and I'm pretty sure by his actions he feels the same. Thank you for all you you do to connect the right puppy with the right home. In my opinion, "Every dog should have a home and every home should have a dog. Happy dog, happy home."
