The communication was constant. The only issue I have is we are to receive free insurance for a trial period, but I can not get in touch with the provider. I am not sure whether this is true or not.

Very long process with lots of online communication. 4 part process. The breeder, the broker, the payment people, and the delivery team. Everything was up front and open. Delivery team was the only slow process as far as the communication process. Pawrade and their staff was the best of all.

I’m very impressed with your adoption process. It was very friendly yet professional. I was not impressed with the condition my puppy was in when delivered. Michelle(Gracie) was absolutely filthy! I bathed her 2 times and still could not get the “kennel” smell off of her. She had bald spots on her sides and back. However, she is a fiery little bundle of joy! Thanks again, Laura Patterson

The Dog is beautiful but evil. She bites all the time no matter what and growls at you. Also never stops barking. Im so depressed. I hope this puppy stuff goes away. I love her so much. So very sassy

James is an adorable puppy. Although we expected a dog at 6 months of age to have a bit more training and to be potty trained, which he is not. His eating pattern is a bit out of our pattern, and we have to change that to accommodate our other dog, which will be another training issue. He is a lot more work than we expected but are enjoying him every day. He is going to work out well with our family; he is very cute.
